  Hart’s Service was great! Their plumbing technician Mishka Snell was friendly, informative, efficient and thorough today. He replaced parts and repaired three toilets at our house this morning and completed all the repairs in less than two hours. I was shown before and after pictures and videos of his work and prior to him starting this morning, and he offered me five different estimates for approval. Excellent work and exceptional service from Hart’s Service! I would highly recommend them to friends and family for their plumbing work. 👍🏻😃

  Had a downspout blocked into my yards drain field. Booked an appointment online (I wasn't in a rush) and it suggested a $93 drain special and an appointment the next day. Cool Got a phone call a little while later confirming with a time frame from 8am to 4pm, because it was a special. Waited all day and technician finally arrived around 4pm. Jovaughan - seemed like a nice guy. This is where things got interesting. He told me that the special couldn't be applied to an outside drain and he'd figure out how much it would cost to unclog the drain. I asked why as the system had suggested it to me and it was the primary reason I booked with them. He said the new AI system is glitchy. 5 minutes later he came back to me and said he'd recommend having the drain replaced for $4500. Why? he visually looked at the drain - why go with the most expensive option? Next he said he could unblock the drain for $750 which was discounted due to the glitchy system!!! Seriously, that's a weeks salary for a lot of people in WA State. Now this felt like the old bait & switch tactic, so I sent him on his way. Talked to my neighbor who lent me his power washer and sewer jetter ($50 on Amazon BTW) and unclogged it in 2 minutes. I know companies need to stay in business but it seems like companies try to squeeze the absolute max from us for every single service transaction. BTW interesting that their yelp reviews only give them 2.8 stars off 287 reviews, while scoring 4.8 on google!! Is someone paying a company to increase their review scores??

  Always excellent customer service, from reception, to scheduling, to service. Scheduling was flexible with my time, the technician was puntual, and gave me notice when they were 60 minutes out, right on time. Full review of my plumbing, was able to answer all of my question and provide options for solutions, as well as upgrades. The price was lower than similar bids, and tech was prepared and equipped to start today if desired. Luis was extremely friendly and helpful, and I will request him for future projects.

  Don’t use this company they will take your money and not show. Scheduled an appointment with them took time off of work and they never showed up. Then when I called they told me they don’t prioritize people who schedule they prioritize people who call with same day needs. No help at all then tells me I canceled it because I couldn’t just reschedule per their needs. Don’t waste your time or money The service was not completed this place is a scam don't use them or waste your money. they asked is i would change my time and the answer was no so they cancelled again they are a scam don't use them go else where

  Scheduled appointment, on call 7 am to 7 pm. They call at 5 30 to reschedule and then turn around a hourlater canceling my appointment. The 2nd appointment i had to call and reset up. Waiting, till 6 30pm and say we cant make it. Can I talk to someone please, no one can take your call , the owners don't take calls either. Very disappointing, and had to use my camping stove Saturday at a party. Huge disappointment. No one has called me back after requesting a manger supervisor or owner to call me.
