  I was very happy with Hart’s and specifically Dave’s service. He was very polite and professional. listened to me then did his own evaluation. He clearly explained what he observed and my potential options. I felt no pressure as he explained Hart’s plumbing’s process of diagnosing the problem and how we could proceed replacing or repairing my Roman tub faucet. (Which is complicated because it was built in marble with no access .) In the end it was surprisingly a very simple fix of tightening a loose internal part. . I will definitely be calling Hart’s again for my next plumbing project . They have earned my trust and long term business for sure!

  I love my new faucet that Erik installed for me today. It works so much better than my old faucet and after years of a thin stream of water I now have fully functioning faucet and sprayer. He added an air gap so I’ll have better flow for my water and for the dishwasher. I enjoyed getting to visit with Erik while he worked. I had two large heavy boxes I needed to get into my garage that were too heavy for my husband to lift and move but Erik volunteered to do that for us. What a bonus gift that was for us. The work Erik did is making our daily life so much easier and we are thrilled with the results of this kind, caring man today and the ease his work brings to our everyday tasks. Thank you!!!!

  Excellent Electrical Work! I highly recommend this electrician for their outstanding work. They were professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and paid close attention to detail. The work was completed efficiently and correctly, and everything was left clean and organized when the job was finished. They took the time to explain the work and made sure everything was safe and up to standard. I’m extremely pleased with the quality of the electrical work and would definitely use their services again. Excellent service from start to finish!

  Very pleased and happy! I was able to get same day service even thought I didn’t make an appointment first thing in the morning. At every step everyone I spoke with was clear, communicative, and made sure my questions were answered. I had to replace a hot water heater that had already lived a little longer than most. It could have been stressful, but it wasn’t because I was given clear, pressure free information to make the best decision for my home. It’s nice to have proper options. Excellent labor and service. Things were finished at a much higher quality than what was here before. Mishka did a wonderful job. I will use Harts again for any future needs. Accurate estimate too, which is refreshing and appreciated these days!

  They redid my aunts plumbing for a little over 20k and when she sent me a picture of the concrete work and how they left the bedroom I literally was left sick to my stomach! The floor has ridges and is not flat couldn't set anything on it and it the whole middle if the room. Disgusted as a kindergarten kids could have done better! As a business owner I would be embarrassed to leave that kind of mess and charge an elderly person so much. What kind of company does this to our elderly? I will be contacting the State and Better Business Bureau! Just got off the phone with them and nothing but a run around from person to person was transfered to manager they hung up! For over 20k this is ridiculous. If I could give negative stars I would. Office people obviously don't care that tjey did such a horrific job!!!! Update: They finally sent Dante out to look at the mess. He stated to her that they would send someone out Monday but they threatened (81 yr old) not to fix the problem if her nephew who is helping her get this problem resolved calls them again! Had her in complete tears when she called. I TRULY HOPE THEY DO THE RIGHT THING!!!
