  Guardian Roofing did an excellent job. Nathan did a thorough inspection and explained everything to us in detail. He found some things in need of repair that we didn’t even know about and they were things that needed attention sooner rather than later. Mandy did a super job of keeping me informed on about what to expect. She was always available to answer questions we might have. She forwarded the job photos and details listed about the work that was done. Juan and Mitchel did an excellent job working on our roof. Our neighbor across the street hired Guardian Roofing to work on their roof as well. I would definitely recommend Guardian Roofing again if necessary.

  Santiago and crew arrived as scheduled. They performed the services pertaining to my roof vent and chimney cap and flashing. Very personable and professional. Santiago kept me aware of the work as they progressed. Let me know when they had completed the work and when a follow up visit would happen to complete the chimney cap. The Guardian team left their work areas clean, asked if I had any questions, and atter some mutual words of thanks, they left.

  PART 2 of chimney crown replacement. So far great, as soon as I talked to my project manager, Malila ( yes, a fairly little job like this has a project manager) I got a call back telling me I was scheduled for the next day. Same procedure, text messages introducing Orlando, with picture and bio, who was on the way. We met and he went right to work. Professional, respectful he worked quickly to remove the old crown, clean and frame for the new one, poured the new crown and repointed the first two courses of brick. This guy must have a tremendously healthy heart he was up and down his ladder countless times in the heat and bad smoke. I really recommend this company 5+ stars so far.

  Deimar Gonzales, my project manager was delightful to work with. She is very knowledgeable and a true professional who was on top of things, and when an issue arose, she addressed it to my great satisfaction. She has a great team-and I want to give a shout out to Antonio, who also went the extra mile.

  We had Guardian install a new roof, gutters and attic insulation a little over a year ago. Since the initial install we've had several issues with both the roof and gutters. Each time I contact the company they are quick to come out and fix any issue that we come across. Most recently there was some damage on our gutters from the initial install that we hadn't noticed until now. Raul came out and was probably one of the most honest employees of any big company like this that I've ever come across. Initially he tried fixing the problem. Shortly into the job he had me come look at the progress and we both agreed that the "fix" would be temporary and basically put lipstick on a pig. Instead of continuing to try to repair the problem we discussed that replacing the gutters was probably the best thing to do. Additionally while Raul was out trying to fix the issue he noticed and pointed out several other areas where the initial installation was done subpar. For someone to come out and basically say the company they work for did a crappy job was very impressive to me. I learned that the crew who used to install gutters were removed from that position after a history of bad work that had to be redone. At the end of the day with Raul's help and recommendation my initial project manager, Mandy, set up getting all the gutters replaced (not cheap) under warranty based on the poor workmanship. All this to say, yes we have had some problems along the way, but each time Guardian has been quick to fix any problems found. I would definitely recommend this company and especially commend Raul for his work ethic and honesty along the way.
