  Roof cleaned: moss removed. Had Carlos here and he did a great job. Roof looks like new. No moss in sight. He also did a great job cleaning up afterwards - home and surrounding grounds were cleaner than when he started. He did the barn last and enjoyed a good show from my horses over the process! Thank you!!!

  I've used Guardian Roofing a couple of times for roof cleaning and have never had any issues. After a windstorm brought down thousands of fir tree pollen cones on my roof, I needed the roof cleaned. Henry came out and was very efficient and professional. Glad to have it completed just before the rain comes!

  Guardian has always been punctual, reliable, and has done great work for me. Will hire them in the future for any exterior work that they do. We had Zachary out to replace our downspouts and love the result!

  We had our roof cleaned and gutters replaced. The professionalism and responsiveness from beginning to end was fantastic and they cheerfully returned when a few things needed adjustments. Every employee I interacted with was great. I highly recommend and would use them again.

  Raul Gonzalez explained everything that was going on with the gutter install. He added flashing in a couple of places to divert water to the gutter, and added a small extension on a gutter downspout to make sure water got to the gutter. Everytime he did a small change, he made sure to explain why he was doing it. The team was efficient in doing their work, did a final walk through with the customer and cleaned up after the job was done. Raul also said he likes working for Guardian which makes all the difference.
