His knowledge and expertise were evident from the moment he arrived. He didn’t just focus on the sink installation, he took the time to assess other aspects of our home’s plumbing, answering questions and offering helpful recommendations without any pressure. Chris is a true professional who genuinely puts people first. - JMJudy Manning5 days ago5.0This is my second review of BLP. I just want to say that I have never felt so well taken care of by any company, EVER. My home is finally at a stage where it is nearing completion after an unknown, long running leak in one of my bathroom drains that caused damage under the home, and caused black mold to build up inside the bathroom walls. A couple days later my main water line broke and flooded my other bathroom! Big thanks to Keegan for putting in all new water lines for me after that! Anthony was the one who told me I had that first drain leak when he came out for a completely different reason, or I would not have known about it until my shower fell through the floor. He really saved me that day. It could have gotten far worse and more costly. I saw him again today when he put my new toilet in, and also when he put in a shower and bathtub for me a few weeks back. He is super professional, he's polite, he cleans up after himself, and all around does an amazing job. Thank you, Anthony, for going above and beyond always for me, and for taking as much care with my home as you would do with your own. Hopefully this is the last time I have to see any of you for a good while, lol, but I know if i did, I would be taken care of incredibly well! Thank you, BLP!
- BABeckie Adler5 days ago5.0David came out to clear my kitchen sink drain and did a wonderful job. He also went under my house to see how the drain system was setup and found many issues with my waterlines and drain pipe issues. My house is 66 years old and I have the old galvanized piping along with some copper lines that are not in good shape. He gave me a proposal for all new water lines and drainage pipes. He even took pictures while he was under the house so that I could see what was going on. He was very nice and professional, and answered all my questions. Super nice guy.

We had some sediment show up in our water, which can sometimes mean going days without water while your plumbers do their thing. Not the case with Ben (who is also a five-star Retribution Paladin, in case your WOW group ever needs a legendary DPS boost) and his courageous protege Alex. These guys showed up early in the morning for a next-day appointment. This was after a very pleasant phone call with the front office. (I'm so sorry I forgot the rep's name, but she was fantastic.) They called quickly, and set things up with us in response to our online enquiry. Ben and Alex did a full and thorough inspection, assessed the issues, prescribed a solution, provided an estimate...and got to work, IMMEDIATELY after we decided to go with them. The point is, they were READY for battle, and they proved their mettle, expertly and without hesitation. A few hours later? Problem fully solved. We're very happy. If ya gotta call a plumber, call Bob Larson.

THANK YOU Armando and Brennan for your all day job helping my 110 yr old home get its latest section of pipe makeover completed. Feels good to know I can trust you. These complex jobs are not cheap but seeing the skill, fortitude, and tireless work it takes I know it’s worth every dollar.
