- BWBob Whittier5 days ago5.0Bryant, from Bob Larson Plumbing came out on a Sunday to assess my plumbing problem, and he did a wonderful job. He quickly and professionally repaired the issue, and everything is completely restored. I definitely recommend them, and if I ever run into another plumbing issue, I will certainly be calling them again
- RPRichard PalanderAug 10, 20262.0Responded same day and acted professionally. Pricing was quite high for a simple repair. Weekend call out fee was expected and explained prior to arrival. Attempted to explain repair and offered to send photos of damage caused prior to technicians arrival. I would have enjoyed a minimum price threshold given over the phone, as the technician and myself would not have wasted as much time coming to an understanding. I repaired it myself as the cost of service was the same price as a Milwaukee ProPress tool, which I normally would not have had justification to purchase. Thanks, I guess.

He explained everything that required our attention and again after the work was complete. He also went through a multitude of photos describing all aspects of the job that was done. - JBjerry bauerAug 4, 20261.0Had them out for an estimate for an exterior waterline. They took pictures of things that had nothing to do with an exterior project (sink, furnace, hot water heater). The big thing for me is they put their sticker on the new hot water heater that I installed (not them) without asking. The answer would have been no. Also the added cost for replacing an existing hose bib with clear unobstructed basement access to good copper was over $800. Generously that's a $100 part and 2 hours billed work that could be done in an hour.

I called several plumbers in the area and they came out and gave me a quote. Then Anthony from Bob Larsen Plumbing came. And everything was different. He was kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He found something none of the other plumbers identified, and came up with a good solution that worked for us. Amber in the office was super pleasant, patient and helpful. Great communication all around. The work was done perfectly and we are really happy with our experience and the outcome. If you need a plumber, don't hesitate to call them.
