  William was great! He called and let us know he was on his way. He was able to identify the problem and set up a time the next morning to fix it and fix it he did. Great customer service and a very professional attentive attitude. On a side note my dog got out of the house when they arrived and William was able to chase her down across the street in a neighbors yard! (Not only are they great plumbers but great dog catchers as well.)

  Very friendly and knowledgeable service. My big concern is the exorbitant fee charged for the service. $970 for a 15 minute job. I had a small hole in a 1/2 " copper pipe. Repair required cutting out about 6" of pipe then clamping a fitting on the ends. Plumber clearly had the tools that an ordinary homeowner would not have. I understand that there is travel time involved and we did dicuss some other plumbing issues that could be future projects. He did turn the water back on and made sure there were no leaks. Chat GPT suggested a fee between $150-$300. What's interesting is that the company can give you an estimated quote upfront but they don't and they know you have an emergency. So you are virtually forced to pay. I'm going to work on finding a plumber that charges a fair and reasonable price.

  Anthony spent basically the whole day at our house doing repairs and inspecting the crawlspace for a leaky pipe or pipes open drywall in the closet around the existing whole home shut off valve and replace that valve as well as installing a new pressure reducing valve that maintained safe operating water pressure. He replaced a section of copper pipe in the crawlspace for $1600, tested for leaks and proper functionality, removed and replaced new installation of PVC, replaced a high loop to act as an air gap under the kitchen sink, replace the drain piping under the kitchen sink, and replace the kitchen sink trap for about $1120 for the total bill coming out to $6700. The 10% discount for joining the advantage club membership basically paid for the tax on this bill.

  My experience with Bob Larson plumbing was excellent. After I called tech was at my house in two hours with the text messages from their office until the technician called me and told me he would be there in 15 minutes and was on time he got under my home and figured out the problem within about 15 minutes and wrote me my quote. The quote was exactly what they charge and he spent over 3 hours to find the part through 3 different warehouse to find the part which was manufactured in the eighties. When he came back the repair took him about 20 minutes to complete the job. I will definitely use them for future plumbing problems the tech was very pleasant. Again thank you Bob Larson Plumbing

  Our water heater died on us & we needed to replace it. We were able to get a quote the same day we called. Benjamin came out & gave us a bid. We had some concerns because our water heater is located inside our living space. We need to create a drainage system from the drip pan incase there is any leakage from the water heater to prevent water damage to the inside of our home. He said, he could make that happen. While doing this project he discovered we had some corroded pipes that should be replaced & one pipe was leaking that needs to be repaired. With this attention to detail we were very thankful that he discovered this & saved us from having water damage in our crawl space. We were able to get on the books the next day to get the pipes replaced. It was a two day project from installing the the new water heater, creating the new drain system & replacing new pipes. Benjamin is knowledgeable & takes pride in his work. Brennon assisted the day is the water heater installation. That was challenging because of the location, it took a village to get it out. We appreciate the patience it took to drain & remove it. Both of them were very nice & did wonderful work. They cleaned up so well afterwards you couldn’t even tell they were even here. So, from the office to the technicians we were very pleased with their services. They even sent a thank you gift. That was really nice. We are very pleased with their work and highly recommend Bob Larsons Plumbing Co.
