  We were able to book an appointment online over the weekend and then first thing Monday morning they reached out to confirm. Nathan Kinkella sent a text and called to let us know he was on the way. He showed up promptly and got right to work. He quickly identified the source of our leak, checked for water damage, gave us an estimate, fixed the leak and then gave us another estimate for another project when we asked. The whole process took less than two hours and we'll sleep easier tonight knowing the leak is behind us. We will definitely be using Bob Larson Plumbing for our next project and will happily refer them to anyone that asks.

  What a great company. We bought a home with a well and the whole system needed to be redone. We conducted an internet search for the best plumbing companies near Graham, Wa and Bob Larson Plumbing had excellent reviews. Our plumber, Malulani, tested our homes well water and perfectly evaluated what equipment we needed, to provide us with the best drinkable/useable water and he was fabulous. Malulani's attention to detail was extraordinary and our system looks as good as it performs. We are beyond thankful for Malulani and we will request him specifically for all our plumbing needs. What a great technician and person. Thank you Bob Larson Plumbing for sending one of your best into our home.

  I really appreciated that the main office sent a bio of the technician coming to my home before the appointment. It made me feel much more comfortable welcoming someone I didn’t know into the house. David explained the work clearly, was thorough, professional, and paid close attention to detail. The other technician, George was also excellent. Overall, the experience was outstanding, and I highly recommend Bob Larson Plumbing.

  The plumber was more like an agressive used car salesman. He started snooping around to find other things they try to sell me on fixing that were completely unrelated to what I had asked him to look at. At one point he took out a pocket knife and scratched at a pipe fitting on my water heater without even asking me first! My issue had 100% nothing to do with the water heater, he was just walking by my furnace room and decided to go inside to inspect it. I signaled that I wasn't interested in them doing any repairs (repeatedly) on the water heater and I'd already had it inspected, knew what was wrong, and was making other arrangements, but he still insisted on drawing up quotes and options, talked to me like I didn't know anything, and then made me listen to his sales pitch. I was extremely annoyed by the entire encounter, however I still had him fix my one small issue because I wanted it done ASAP. He did the repair I actually needed just fine, but I will never go to them again because of the extra hassle involved.

  Fantastic work performed by Mathew and Brennen. We brought them out to quote completely different work originally, but I asked for a bid on some maintenance items that led to the discovery of what I can only describe as nightmare plumbing in our house: from backwards sanitary tees, nail holes (4!) in a pipe, improper galvanized to copper connections, improper p-traps, a missing vent on a drain, to a kitchen drain that wasn't even sloped correctly (i.e. uphill). It was sheer luck we didn't have problems beyond a shower that drained a little a slowly and from looking at the pipes they removed, only a matter of time before we had an emergency. I'm amazed at how well everything works now. None of this would have been found without Mathew and Brennen's top notch work, dedication to making it work correctly, and just being all around good people. From what I can tell, this is the culture that Bob Larson engenders in his business and is the reason why I wouldn't hesitate to call them back out.
