  I purchased a new wall oven and needed to have a new electrical junction box installed as the wires from the oven wouldn’t reach the old junction box. Jasmine did an excellent job. Moreover, she was professional and very polite! Bayliss kept me informed via email and text message and showed up right on time as promised. I highly recommend Bayliss for any electrical work needed.

  These guys came out within an hour of my call to them . They helped me sort out an issue that had me baffled, turned out to be an easy fix , but I highly recommend this company. Excellent customer service. Any other electrical work I need , I’ll be calling Bayless .

  I rarely take time to do Yelp reviews unless service is truly bad. BAYLESS Electric's service for me truly qualifies as really bad, My advice is to stay away from this very unprofessional company. 1) Poor communication and follow through on making the appointment in the first place that took close to six months and several phone calls and reminders. 2)Unagreed elements of cost being included in a cost plus contract (significant drive time from off island location and hours of an apprentice on site without adequate supervision to complete the work). 3)Poor execution and inefficient work practices. They sent out an apprentice who was unable to execute the work without the journeyman. The journeyman arrived several hours late while the apprentice waited. 4)Poor communication in the administrative matters of getting questions answered regarding issues with billing. 5)Poor communication and sloppy billing procedures (no mailing address included on your bill) inability to pay by phone. They sent a workmen showing up unannounced to collect bills. I told him I refused until my billing questions were answered. The then asked me to deliver checks in person to job site where employees were working. I did this and the employees had left the job site. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!

  To start out, I know zippo about electricity other than how to plug something in. When the plugs in my garage quit I was at a loss so I called Greg at Bayless Electric. Greg returned my call within minutes and very quickly explained to me what to do to fix the problem. The GFI needed resetting. Although the phone call was short it was still time out of his busy day. Folks, this is what customer service is all about. He gained a lifetime customer. Thank you. Doug Smith

  Bayless went above and beyond to help me fix my own screw up. Had his people come out on a Sunday to replace and repair my meter box and mast. I was up and running within a day of losing power. Highly recommend
