Spokane Overhead Doors 210926 I called Spokane Overhead Doors Wednesday, 160926 and asked if they could come out and giver me a quote on fixing one of our older garage doors. We set an appointment for the following day with a 2-hour window in the morning. Shortly after this was set up, I noticed that I had a VA doctor’s visit during this same time span. I immediately called Overhead back and explained the conflict. A very pleasant woman said they could come out between 08:00 and 10:00 on the following day. Shortly after 08:00, Johnathan arrived and was ready to look at the old beat-up door. Once we were in the garage, I asked if it could be fixed. He looked at it for several minutes and said he could do the job right then. As I watched him work, in his methodical way, I knew the door would be fixed. And fixed right. One he finished the door it was no longer trying to come off the rails when we raised it, and it didn’t slam down to the floor when we shut it. He answered all my garage door fixing questions and when he finished the parts and other junk on the door was picked up and taken away when he left. The bill was approximately one quarter of what a new single car door would have cost us. In short, Johnathan did an excellent job, and I would recommend him and the Overhead Door company to anyone looking to have their garage doors fixed.

We had a spring that broke and all things were going wrong with our garage door opener because it was 23 years old. We contacted Spokane Overhead Door and told Caitlyn our concerns. She was kind and listened to what we needed. They recommended the replacement and gave us a breakdown of what would be needed and gave us the estimate. When Seth came to our house, he looked it over and recommended a few other adjustments to the repair and was not pushy. He was very professional and kept us informed of the steps he was taking during the install. After completing the job, he went over each item and helped connect everything to our car and home. I would recommend them to all my friends and family, in a heartbeat. They are all great and easy to work with and care about their customers and product.
