  My parents had a consultation and felt pressured to buy because the guy kept saying he had spent six hours with them. By the time they got him out of the house it was 9:30 at night. They immediately regretted signing, my mom who has heart issues was so worried she didn’t sleep at all last night, they called the next morning to cancel and Taylor kept saying no you can’t cancel because I work on commission only (might I suggest trying a different profession if it is a problem), the cost $31,000. They’re 83 and 79 they don’t have that kind of money, fine they were approved for the loan, they still have to come up with the monthly payment. They sent a registered letter this morning but I see from a previous review that the letter may not get there. It is shameful to take advantage of the elderly. I will be calling and getting lawyers involved if they take this any further.

  We we're told that there would be a clorox bath/toilet wand(x2) with our purchase(serial number: SKB9TRLJ) but never received any. I'm very disappointed that they never gave us any and that it doesn't recline back. Plus black mold'ish in the door.

  PACIFIC BATH replaced our shower walls,floor,pan, doors,and faucets. It turned out BEAUTIFUL. Our installers were on time everyday and communicated all the steps of the process for each day of work. They gave us choices and gave us advice to insure everything was just what we needed and wanted. Our team of professionals were outstanding. Everyday they cleaned up everything before they left and hauled off all the old shower tiles and parts. The end result of the installation was BEAUTIFUL. We would definitely recommend PACIFIC BATH for your repair and installation needs.Thankyou LaDonna, Dan and his partners for a job well done and appreciated.

  My old shower was dingy ,small and dirty. The shower door was collecting icky gunk in the track, I couldn't be comfortable. Pacific Bath completely removed the entire area. Replaced the walls with marble,replaced the floor with a new pan and replaced the fixtures. They installed a beautiful sliding door with tracts on top so no collection of water and gunk. A continuous decorative grab bar lines the entire shower. They installed a fold up seat for convenience. My new shower is huge and beautiful, matches the decor of the entire bathroom suite. It took just 2 and 1/2 days for installation. The contractors were professional and protected my home during construction. I am very happy with my new shower!
