  My parents had a consultation and felt pressured to buy because the guy kept saying he had spent six hours with them. By the time they got him out of the house it was 9:30 at night. They immediately regretted signing, my mom who has heart issues was so worried she didn’t sleep at all last night, they called the next morning to cancel and Taylor kept saying no you can’t cancel because I work on commission only (might I suggest trying a different profession if it is a problem), the cost $31,000. They’re 83 and 79 they don’t have that kind of money, fine they were approved for the loan, they still have to come up with the monthly payment. They sent a registered letter this morning but I see from a previous review that the letter may not get there. It is shameful to take advantage of the elderly. I will be calling and getting lawyers involved if they take this any further.

  Workmanship was not what we expected, different workers coming to the house, we had to keep calling them and making sure things got done. They made some promises they were not followed up on. If you have work done by them, take notes and watch the work they do.

  I entered my info for a quote last night. I have had 29 calls from them so far and it hadn't even been 24 hours. No messages just constant calls. That is harrassment. I will not do business with them!

  The new shower enclosure we bought from Pacific bath was a great experience. I was included in every step of the process to make it not a one size fits all enclosure but sized exactly for us as to handrails, shelves, and seat height. Installers made no mess and were very courteous. Management followed up post install to insure our satisfaction.

  They did a great job with the installation. They were very professional and showed me every part of the process. Very happy with my walk in shower. I couldn't use my tub before as it was so tall I was afraid of falling. Now I can walk right in.
