On April 8th at about 9:15AM my wife and I were attempting to move a large, heavy carton containing a recumbant exercise bike from our front porch into our home. I am 76yrs old and my wife is petite. as we stood on the porch pondering our next move, a Parr Lumber truck stopped and 2 employees hopped out and asked if they could assist us. The two gentleman picked up the carton, about 120lbs, and carried it into our house and placed it where we wanted it for assembly. We are truly grateful for the Parr Lumber associates for noticing us and taking time out of their busy work day to provise us with needed help. Thank you, thank you, thankyou! Getting a hold of someone is really easy for us because we email our order, and work with the John’s who do a great job at getting back to us when they can’t answer the phone. I try to make my purchases a one stop shop here to simplify the building projects for our builders.
