We had a number of companies come and bid for a total renovation of the exterior of our home, including windows, siding, soffits, fascia, and roof. Morris Clark came in around the middle price-wise of the bids. The customer service is excellent, and the quality of work turned out to be well worth it. We went with Cascade windows, Hardie Board siding, and Iko Dynasty roofing. Originally, we had planned on going with another contractor for the roofing due to cost, but they were able to lower their roof bid to closer match what the other roofer had offered. Since the work quality was proving to be worth it, we went with their bid for the roof as well. The timeline for the project went longer than anticipated causing some frustration, but the quality of the work and finish was well worth it. There was an issue with delivery of the color of the roof that we had chosen, and Jordan was very apologetic on behalf of Morris Clark, even though it wasn’t their issue. They negotiated a discount on our behalf for the inconvenience or to redo the entire roof at no extra cost from the original quote. In the end, we have had an excellent experience, even with hiccups along the way. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Several times this year I've seen Morris Clark's billboards in Spokane, and they've reminded me of the good experience I had when the company installed new roofing on my house in 2017. Of the four companies I called for estimates, Clark and two others tied. I'm still pleased with the quality of the work--things are straight, flat, tight, and sealed. No shingles have blown off, and we've had no leaks, even on the side of the house where ice dams form every winter. As far as I remember, I was satisfied with the time the crew took to finish the job. I have one quibble: Clark applied for a construction permit with Spokane County, but I was the one who requested that the county send someone out for the final inspection. Otherwise I wouldn't have gotten one.

This was our second time working with Morris Clark, the first for siding and windows, this time for a somewhat complicated deck project. They are the finest contractors I've ever worked with. The craftsmanship and care they brought to both of our projects was awesome. Communication was great all the way from the initial bid to the final clean up. I was so happy after the siding job that I didn't even get competitive bids for our deck, because I knew who I wanted to do the work. Outstanding in every way!
