  We had a very frustrating experience with Inland Pacific Flooring and would not recommend them. Communication was extremely poor from the beginning. We tried calling approximately 50 times just to get the carpet installation scheduled and could never get anyone to answer the phone. We finally had to physically go into the store in order to get on their schedule. Once the carpet installation was completed, we inspected the work and discovered that the closet doors had not been reinstalled, and the floor guide for the closet doors was also left off, causing the doors to swing back and forth. The only reason we were finally able to get someone on the phone was because they called asking for payment. We explained that we were not comfortable making final payment until the unfinished work was corrected. At that time, we were told it would be taken care of by the end of the week. It has now been over a month, and the issue is still not fixed. Since then, we have called, emailed, and texted countless times with no response. The lack of communication, follow-through, and customer service has been incredibly disappointing. Their professionalism and accountability is lacking.

  Inland Pacific flooring did a fantastic job on our new floor. The Team was on time very respectful and kind. Thanks to the Company and the staff. That Team is so talented. They got on the job right away and new what they were doing for sure. Thanks again

  I spent months looking at floor samples and was overwhelmed with the multitude of options. It wasn’t until I went to Inland Pacific Flooring that I met an owner so willing to deal with all of my questions and give his expertise in such a helpful way. From that first time in the store to them measuring my space and then the team they had install I couldn’t have chosen a better business to help. I never felt once like they were trying to upsell me. I highly recommend them based on my experience. From being completely overwhelmed and stressed out at first, to now having the beautiful flooring installed in my place that feels like a dream, I am so happy I came here for their help and expertise.
