Because this can be updated and im active in the review world, im leaving this because of poor business ethics. We signed up for their "premium" membership with this company back in December or January. Dont quote that. We thought that meant maybe that we would get great service and traleatment, unfortunately were yet to see that. They serviced our furnace just fine, then got us to sign up, said we'll come back and check the a.c.! Awesome. They forgot us. We literally had to call just to remind them we needed it. Mind you this is end of June. A week and a half out. Cool. Until the day before they cancel our appointment because of other "more important" calls. Meanwhile my system is working harder, may be causing damage, and they cant schedule us for another two weeks. Thats almost August. Some kind of premium membership where they forget you. Cancel on you, and make you feel less important than others. Nvm that you already got my $300 bucks. But now youre taking more appointments than you have space for. Hire more people or quit taking on work you dont have openings for. Quite unimpressed with how they choose to run their membership program.
Holiday Heating is a top notch business. From the troubleshooting of my old unit, the bid for the new one, and through the installation of the new heat pump they were a pleasure to work with.
The Holiday team was comprised of Cameron who troubleshot the old unit, Skylar, the install team lead that lead Jayden and Alex to get the job completed.
I was amazed at how the team worked together and efficiently to get the job done. Skylar is an artist in the fabrication of sheet metal and making everything fit together.
After the installation was completed the County Building Inspector said to me, “Holiday does a great job.”
The L&I Electrical Inspector had an issue with my electrical panel and 3 months after the install the L&I inspector contacted me and I learned the inspection hadn’t been closed. Apparently he had additional questions but had never communicated his questions to Holiday.
Holiday sent their electrical engineer Miguel out to work with the inspector and resolve the problem. Miguel was great to work with. He answered all of the inspectors questions and demonstrated how and why the panel met the Washington State Electrical Code Requirements. The inspection was eventually closed with no issues.
About 7 months after the install the unit started to act erratic. I contacted Holiday and they sent Connor out to troubleshoot the system. Connor determined the thermostat was sending erroneous signals to the system. He replaced the Honeywell thermostat and everything was fine.
I’m 80 years old and I really appreciated being able to hangout during all the install work and the troubleshooting. I asked questions and everyone took their time to explain what they were doing and why. These individuals are true craftsmen.
I would highly recommend Holiday to anyone in need of HVAC service, a new system, or electrical service.
Truly exceptional electrical service from Jacob Brickner and Jared Reisenaeur. They communicated very well, did exactly what we wanted, cleaned up carefully and were very professional and friendly throughout. This was my first time using Holliday but it won’t be my last!

The services provided by Holliday Heating and Cooling are top notch! The technician, Nick, arrived on time and was very courteous. I have a curious black lab who he also greeted in the most kind way. Nick made friends with him immediately and quickly put my mind at ease. Nick explained everything he was going to do, about how long the visit would take and started his work. He was very self-sufficient finding his way in and out of the house by using the garage, which no company has done before. Upon leaving, he explained his findings and asked if I had any questions. I will recommend Holliday to my family and friends without hesitation. Thank you for the great experience!

AC only a year old stopped working. Got a tech in a day later. Tech was knowledgeable, efficient, polite, informative and conscientious. He spent 3 hours trying to troubleshoot the WHY? He did have it running within 15-20 mins of his arrival. Ran all sorts of tests checked mechanics, etc.Adjusted air fan speed after finding the most efficient. My only concern is the problem was never diagnosed. Afraid it could happen again. I still gave 5 stars based on customer service with setting up an appointment, good tech and good follow up. If it happens again I will be concerned since it is only a year old.
