  We had our ductwork and dryer vent cleaned out. We’ve used holiday heating multiple times in the past and have always been pleased with them. They are friendly, knowledgeable about their products, we like how they wear shoe protectors inside. We are pleased with the cleaning, but we have found some damages to our house along with a mess left. The mess was metal shavings on the ground in the room our furnace is in. When I stepped in there I got metal shavings in my foot. Upon vacuuming I also noticed several screws had been left on the ground along with a piece of metal. Our railing going downstairs got dinged in one spot. This railing was freshly touched up last week, by builders finishing off our basement. There’s also black scuffing on our trim where their hose rubbed against it. Some of the drywall is chipped off. Also a very expensive Japanese scroll that was recently hung up has damage to it. Somehow has a crease in it. This is on the wall in the hallway to the laundry room, where they brought in a big machine. We’ve never had an issue in the past, so this is a surprise to us. But hey…our ductwork and dryer vent is clean.

  Would never use them again. I scheduled with them because my central air conditioner would not come on and they said they could come out the next day. They charged over $200 for a diagnosis that listed suggested or needed repairs of over $16,000, suggested we replace the entire system since it was unsafe. I believe they used scare tactics to have us replace a system that does not need replacement. I have the system up and running after replacing a $5 part.

  Jory was professional, polite, and super good at talking us through our issue (setting AC on our new system). He explained things clearly and he took a few extra steps to verify that our new system was working properly. He’s also a charming person, so that was nice too. All the Hollliday techs we’ve worked with were very good, professional and pleasant.

  If you’re looking for friendly and knowledgeable service look no further than Holliday. Our technician Ryan was super helpful choosing the right system for our home at the right price point. He had the answers to all of our questions without the typical salesperson pressure. Ryan was friendly and courteous (he loves dogs) and my wife and I felt comfortable having him in our home.
