- SCScott CurticeAug 16, 20265.0Gary Slender, owner of G & S Construction was by far THE BEST construction company I've ever experienced in my 61 yrs of life. I received 7 estimates to place asphalt on my very long driveway and his was the last estimate I receieved. Just when I was about to say "forget it" cuz it seamed too expensive he came in at a bid I could afford. In fact his estimate was $34K LESS that one of the companies who provided me an estimate. Even when I could not remove the landscape rocks myself cuz a tractor deal fell through, he and his crew STILL showed up the day he said he was gonna be there and prepped the 14K square feet including relocating all the rocks, and then laid down 235 TONS of asphalt on our property and finished in just TWO days!! ON TIME AND ON BUDGET. In fact he did all the rock relocation and didn't charge me a DIME EXTRA. He and his crew and SUPER polite & professional and incredibly hard working. The asphalt is smooth and gorgeous and he is the ONLY PERSON I will call in the future for further construction needs especially asphalt!! Have a look for yourself!! I could NOT recommend Gary and his company highly enough.

The crew was friendly and Gary answered all my questions. The quote was just a little over 50 percent of the last quote we received from another paver 3 years ago.
