  Terrible, never came to finish the job. Homeward Garcia Promised to come and finish the job. He never showed up. I Still have open pieces of roof and water is getting under the metal every time it rains. There is roofing materials still on my driveway and on my patio. It’s too heavy for me to move. The team that was out here was never supervised and the result is in the work that they did. When two other contractors walked the roof they both said the roof was done by an inexperienced worker and that the roof needs to be torn off and redone. It was not done to industry standard. Please do yourself a favor and do not use this dishonest company. They have taken my money, never tried to complete the job or made any effort to make this right. It’s been over 10 weeks now and my roof had been exposed to the weather this entire time.

  These guys were the only honest people who came out to look at my roof. I was told I needed a new roof by another contractor with next to no explanation as to the technical aspects of why it had to be replaced. I saw some things I thought were big problems, and seeing as how I know nothing about roofing, I had to get a professional opinion. The first place I dealt with was a referral from a friend and the guy that came out spent about 5 minutes, maybe less, doing an inspection before starting in with what I needed and their available payment options. Had Garcia Roofing out today and the two guys that came out not only did a thorough inspection of my roof, they also fixed a few minor issues(that prompted me to contact the first contractor). They also explained to me a lot of technical info about my roof/house/gutters/shingle type, as well as maintenance tips that I wasn’t aware of. They were not “salesmen” and were much more straightforward than that last goofus that tried to get me to buy a giant roofing replacement package for $$$+. When I do need to replace a roof I’m just going to call Garcia and save myself a lot of time and hassle. Thank you for NOT RIPPING ME OFF🙂!

  Did a god awful job on a family members roof. Anyone can get a business license and say they are roofers. The owner is super nice and he really tried to make it right but there was so many inconsistencies between what he said and what his sales guy/customer service guy tells you. Also it took a long time to be completed. Months, actually. I would trust the owner if hes the one up there roofing but the rest of them need to find new jobs. 40k is a great price for a roof of this size but at the end of the day 40k is a boat load of cash. Almost a year later and guess what? The chimney is leaking. I guess the 25 tubes of caulking didnt hold up.
