Electric Smith has been one of the most reliable partners in my real estate business. Every time I’ve referred a client, they’ve shown up prompt, professional, and genuinely kind — which matters deeply when people are navigating inspections, repairs, or last‑minute fixes during a home sale. They communicate clearly, do quality work, and treat every homeowner with respect. My clients consistently tell me how comfortable and taken care of they felt, and that level of service reflects directly on the experience I want them to have. As a real estate agent, having vendors I can trust is everything. Electric Smith has earned that trust over and over again.

Jeremiah was excellent! He was very friendly & knowledgeable. We originally asked to have an older closet light fixed by removing the ballast and rewiring the ends. We then asked him to do a few other projects in our home which he gladly handled for us. We would definitely recommend Electric Smith for any electrical needs.

I live at Cascade MHC so I didn't do the hiring. But Travis of Electric Smith did a fantastic job with fixing my street light and pole. He had to dig up the electric line buried within the tree roots near by. I just love good, hard workers!
