We had a great experience with them, they came highly recommended and didn’t disappoint. Jo was really helpful, and remembered us well by name before we even made any purchases (and remembered our son’s name too!). Victor was amazing in getting the carpets put in. So talented. Would highly recommend them!!!

Title: Exceptional Service and Outstanding Installation by Carpet Barn! Review: I recently had the pleasure of working with Carpet Barn for my flooring needs, and I am thrilled to share my exceptional experience. From start to finish, their customer service was absolutely top-notch. Bob the salesman on the floor went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, making it clear that my needs were his priority. The installation contractor provided by Carpet Barn was truly impressive. Not only did they complete the job flawlessly, but they also displayed remarkable professionalism throughout the process. Their expertise was evident as they skillfully transformed my space into a stunning showcase of quality LVP and carpeted stairs. Not impressed. We bought from someone else. We paid a little more but I believe we got a better product

I had a bit of a hiccup with the size of the carpet not matching the size on the label (off by 1 inch), but the manager was quick to assist in working towards a solution.
