We are beyond thrilled with the phenomenal service we received through Brothers for our new floors! There are not enough words to express how great the entire team was! Juan, our installer was superb and fantastic and he really made us feel he genuinely cared about doing a great installation. Willow and Jenna were wonderful to work with as well! They kept in touch with me throughout the installation as well and the open and professional communication was greatly appreciated. The entire team was so great. Brothers really stepped up in our project and we truly felt they were on our side to do what’s best and to help with everything that came up along the way! Thank you Brothers for such a great experience, we cannot recommend your business enough!

Our entire experience with this company has been amazing from choosing the right product for our home which thanks to Cynthia was very easy to having an installation process that was not only professional but done with great care and with attention to detail, we were impressed with how clean our home was during this whole process which is not what I was expecting at all. Our installer Juan took care of our home as if it was his own and it shows. We would recommend them and especially Juan to anyone.

We just finished a fairly big project with Brothers Flooring. Starting with Alicia, who helped with design ideas in the beginning as well as throughout the entire project. If I had any questions or wanted to make changes. Alicia was Always available. McCabe did the LVP flooring, all of the baseboards and some decorative finishes that we needed. His finish work is beautifully done! He is absolutely an Artist, the way he does his job. Abell did the carpet work , again another artist.. The stairs, the corners, the finish transition work, was all beautifully done! He’s also amazingly fast. Alicia made two or three trips out to the house to make sure that everything was timely, well done and if I had any questions complaints or changes. Never a complaint, but we did come up with a few ideas to add to the project. They are very kind, very very knowledgeable and most fun to work with! As you can guess I highly recommend them!
