  My house looks amazing with the new James Hardie siding. The crew was efficient and corrected the issues that popped up when the old siding was torn off. Everything was cleaned up at the end of the job. I'm so glad I chose Residential Home Solutions for the job. .

  You can buy Home Depot materials but save yourself numerous headaches and hire your own installers directly. They take forever to get onschedule, they don’t modify contracts, they couldn’t care less about your time or schedule . The so called “project managers” on the phone have zero field knowledge so they can’t even speak intelligently about what is needed. I doubt half of them know which end of a hammer to hold. They promise multiple times to get back to you then never do. The first person assigned to us quit but we did not know that. We left 5-6 voicemails before we finally got assigned a new person which delayed our install schedule by 3 months!!! We live out of state so that made this even more troubling. . I really feel sorry for the contractors that end up working under them. Highly disappointed (not in the installers) but in dealing with the Hom Solutions people that manage all the Home Depot stuff. HIRE OUTSIDE CONTRACTORS DIRECTLY INSTEAD OF USING THE HOME DEPOT SERVICES

  Managed the design, order, delivery and installation of my custom ProVia door like champs. Disposed of old door for me and flashed under exterior door frame. Professional, sociable, knowledgeable and skilled. They will definitely be doing other things for me!

  Had our new windows installed yesterday 11/21/17. I watched the whole process and these guys are professionals. The care they took with everything and each other. I watched them work together and their concern for each other's safety, the attention to detail, cleaning the work area at each window, putting down canvas to protect my carpet and flooring, wiping down the windows and frames. Awesome team, great work, friendly and courteous. There are many choices out there where to spend your household improvement money and it's tough to decide sometimes. But, I can tell you this, if you need new windows VPI Solutions is tops in my book!!
