  Purpose of service call: Maintenance check on a 25 year old softener and iron filter. The system tested within reasonable tolerances for its age but was unable to be serviced due to its age and unavailability of replacement parts. A quote was provided for a replacement system but that was provided without a high pressure close process. Matt, the technician, was professional and personable.

  Matt Machotka…The total experience with Matt when he did the maintenance on our existing Kinetoco system was very informative and handled in a professional manner. Matt explained in detail the water system and how it works and the importance of annual maintenance since it hadn’t been done in 4 years. The water filter was brown and filthy which contributed to the system not being able to do its proper filtration. Next, I told Matt that we wanted a RO system and Matt explained the differences in the Kinetico K5 Drinking Water System with VOC Guard over the competition. We purchased it immediately and guess what? Matt came back and even installed the unit and went over the system in detail. The conclusion is that we are totally pleased and cannot express ourselves enough how satisfied we are with Matt and the overall experience. Now we have outstanding drinking water without all the contamination with plastic bottles and now the best part is at hand with us moving forward with healthier drinking. JD

  Paul installed a system for us and it has been so great to have soft water. Kinetico and Quality Water was more than other brands/contractors, but I would rather have a journeyman plumber and a super efficient system than go cheap. Having had the work done and experienced the results, we have zero regrets. Also, the tankless water heater they installed in order to fit the softener system has also equally changed our lives! Paul found that our house was built with re-circ but never hooked up! Game changer! Thank you to Paul, Lexi and Wes for such a great outcome😊. We are definitely going to have Comfort Heating do our cooling upgrades when it comes time!
