  I had a near panic attack after my engagement ring went down the bathroom drain, but Ricky truly saved the day. He called promptly at the promised time, arrived professional and respectful, and immediately helped put us at ease. From the start, he thoroughly explained the process step by step, including the possible outcomes and pricing options, so we felt informed and involved the entire time. Thankfully, he was able to successfully retrieve my engagement ring from the piping — something incredibly sentimental and important to me. What really stood out was how much care and pride he took in his work beyond just fixing the issue. He made sure everything was functioning properly afterward and even took the extra time to caulk a small spot near the overflow cap, which he absolutely didn’t have to do. Exceptional customer service from beginning to end. Honest, knowledgeable, compassionate, and detail-oriented. You can tell Ricky genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of his work. We are beyond grateful and will absolutely use him again in the future if needed. Highly recommend!

  It was a very positive experience from start to finish. The plumber arrived on time. Was friendly, professional & helpful& knowledgeable . He was equipped with everything he needed, and was efficient and cleaned up after the work was completed. He was able to complete washer hook up (needing to cut an opening In the wall to access the valves) He then replaced garbage disposal & replaced original old pipes that were leaking & clogged . He also fixed my kitchen faucet.. All in one day! Quality work, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Steve was a pleasure to have working on all these jobs.Thank you

  Two techs showed up and spent 2 hours trouble shooting and still couldn't find the problem. They wanted to schedule to come back another day because they had to be at their next job. We said, no, thank you. We called someone else who alone found the problem in the first 10 minutes, fixed it, and was gone within two hours. He was so efficient and obviously was more educated in his profession, and at a much more reasonable price so we hired him to come back next week for another job. Luckily the Mainstream tech wished "good luck" to the next guy that comes before he left...

  We recently had an interaction with someone from this company in the Spokane Valley area, and it was honestly one of the most unpleasant experiences we’ve had. He was rude, entitled, and completely disrespectful toward our staff over a simple, reasonable policy. If this is the kind of attitude this company sends out to represent them, that says a lot about their standards—and none of it is good. No one should have to deal with that level of arrogance. Based on this experience, I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone, and I’ll be making sure friends and family steer clear as well, especially in the Spokane Valley area.

  Nolan was on time, friendly, and professional. He called to make sure I was prepared for the appointment and he told me how long before his arrival… not common for service calls anymore, so a very nice surprise. He met me at my front door and put on booties before walking into the house, again very professional and welcome. My wife was thankful. He told me about the process and pricing, even let me know about a special offer for VIPs, very cool! I would recommend services from Mainstream and will be using them again for other services soon. Nice job Nolan and thank you for being respectful of our home and taking care of our plumbing!
