  Technician was not knowledgeable enough to help. We were told we needed to replace certain things that would be "between 1800 to 2000" but could not give a hard number without a project coordinator. He was not respectful of my home and left insulation everywhere. We got a second opinion and their tech discovered that one of our capacitor wires was not attached. He fixed it in 10 minutes and everything worked perfectly after that. But, if the first guy wasn't inept, we would not have found the perfect company. I would not recommend this place.

  Had an issue with our Mini Split AC. Called & got service appt. set up for less than 2 hours later. Also, set up future appointments for a couple other plumbing related items needing attention. Domenic Thompson, who arrived to handle the Mini Split problem, was friendly & very thorough! Fixed the unit & answered all of our questions. Appeared very knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing AC/Heating related services!

  The sewer and drain division is made up of some hardworking, dependable people. We have an old house, and our ancient clay sewer line gave up on us and clogged. The emergency weekend crew was responsive and informative, and they worked to declog the line for 3 days straight. Pierce Fleming, Nat Nolan and Matt Gipson were committed to getting the issue solved and showed genuine concern for my family’s safety and well being. After the line was clear, they showed me the problems caused by the collapse of the sewer connection and pipe, and talked me through the repair. They were mindful of our budget and Matt helped us secure financing for this costly repair. The repair crew were prompt and communicative, and performed the repair over 3 days with minimal disruption to our lives and routines. Since they worked during the day, I didn’t interact with them to get their names, but their work was of high quality, and they showed real concern for our questions and feedback. I would definitely recommend Mainstream, they helped us out of a crappy situation lol.

  I called Mainstream to ask for an estimate to replace my 20 year old water heater and they were able to schedule a technician to meet with me that afternoon. Cody, the Mainstream technician, answered all of my questions and provided several options for installation of a new water heater. The prices were reasonable and there was even an option for financing. I’m looking forward to having my new water heater installed tomorrow. Cody was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service, I will definitely use Mainstream again!

  Cody came out to do the initial estimate and give me the quote for a new hot water heater , Reverse Osmosis drinking water/ice maker filtration system (from Amazon) for kitchen , and BRITA Pro HOME soft water conditioning system for my hard water problem here on the Spokane South Hill . GREAT experience with Cody! Then, the Next day, Plumber Rob and his Apprentice Brendan showed up.. both of them extremely personable, just like Cody the day before. They did an exceptional job. Answered all my questions, and explained all the process's and procedures I inquired about. Rob, the journeyman plumber is supposed to return next week to install my reverse osmosis filtration system, for the water going to my refrigerator ice maker/ water dispenser. To be honest, this was a very expensive project.. HOWEVER, it really easied my concerns/anxiety, having Cody and Rob explain what was going on in detail, and I saw all the labor actually involved. We actually worked as a team, to get the manhole cover from my private Drive removed so they had access , to shut off the water main out near the street. I had no idea the depth of labor involved (essentially justifying the cost) of this project.. I want people considering this same project, to keep that in mind. Most customers might disappear on house projects and not see what's really going on with the labor behind the scenes..( just say'n) .. A job well done Mainstream!
