  We had a moment of terror with a backed up septic on a wkd and the whole process of booking mainstream was fairly easy - I will warn you they use an automated/outsourced phone service so it’s not like you’re talking to someone from Spokane but once you get an appointment you get text updates and even a pic of the person coming to your house so that’s nice. We had the technician Pierce out and he was so great - he was through and communicated clearly and deferred things to someone else on the team if he couldn’t answer them - he was so patient and had excellent customer service - he really made the experience a bit more bearable - any future plumbing needs we have we will def be using mainstream - highly recommend

  We’ve had this 70 year old house for almost a decade, and as such we’ve had many contractors, repair techs and installers pay us visits. I’d be hard pressed to think of any that were better representatives of their companies than Pierce. At one point he said “I love working for Mainstream”. That is a sign of a well run company, and that in turn translates into a tech who’s going to do a good job. We expect to make Mainstream our go to for future work we need done.

  The buyers of our home wanted a drip pan under the water heater Mainstream had installed because the inspector had said it needed one. The manger offered and wrote a letter stating that was not needed by code and really serves no purpose, The buyers insisted so the Mainstream technician came and installed the drip pan. They were friendly, prompt, professional, clean and neat. We appreciate their quality service!

  Just recently moved into my house and after a powder outage our AC stopped running. Whole time we thought it had to do with our touchscreen thermostat not making a connection. After troubleshooting, gave up and called the professionals. They got me in the same day I called. Joseph came out and did a thorough diagnostic to find out it was a bad fuse outside in the unit itself. Educated me on a few things as well, (this is my first home purchase) Thanks Mainstream!

  I called Mainstream for a plumbing issue in the basement. I thought the sump pump or something had been needing looked at. Little to my knowledge and all of Jaymin Johnson's, I was told about a broken pipe in the house that was actually leaking and causing serious damage by the minute. Jaymin was able to do research, and find out when we had previous work done, what all was in place currently and what was going to bring us up to code and in safe working order. His skills and transparency assured us what steps we needed to take next, and that Mainstream was definitely the best option for the work. We felt taken care of, and in good hands. Thank you for helping us with our problem, firstly. But second, thank you for making our family feel better knowing it was all going to be taken care of as soon as possible. We felt like we mattered, it felt like they cared. Genuinely. Thank you Jaymin, and thank you Mainstream for adding him to the cloth you have woven.
