  My air conditioner was not working. Element Air got me an appointment within a week. The crew member who came out quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a fix in a short amount of time. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a thorough explanation as well as future recommendations for the system. Thank you so much!

  Please call Element Air first guys!!! Don’t waste your money on the big companies first. Zane and his crew are top notch. They sent out their service tech Jared, he was super nice and professional, he showed me everything he found as he did it. Jared was very knowledgeable about my air handler and heat pump. Did his diagnostic and found my refrigerant leak, he was able to fix it up and add a little charge to my system. They show you every charge they did to a T. One thing to note is Element Air techs aren’t on commission, so they aren’t going to press for a new system unless it is 100% required. And will show you why. You are going to get the repairs you need at a great price. They saved me $4,000 compared to Bills heating and air’s quote. Side note DO NOT use bills heating and air, they will take advantage of you! Call Zane first! Thank you guys!

  Zane and his crew were excellent. They were courteous and professional. I loved that they showed high attention to detail... like laying down drop cloths in the house, wrapping the AC piping outside with white (lasts longer) vs. black foam and adding dampers in a few pipe runs to balance out the system performance... all showed they cared about their work and making the customer happy. We had Element Air install two new AC units, replacing our old ones that finally gave up, and, in the process helped us fix some bad duct layout that made for a much better final result. My house never felt so cool and comfortable. They did a great job! Highly recommend this company!

  Zane and his crew of Sean and Jesse did a great job of installing our new heat pump system. They were on time for the appointment and were responsive to any questions I had that day and to follow up calls by me. Zane was also involved in installing the propane line from the house to the standby generator we had installed. Great job, thanks!!
