  We were having a weird smell about a month after our water softener was installed. Jason came by, checked everything out & determined it was an issue with my water heater. He told what I needed & how to fix it. He said it was a DIY project, but he would do it if I didn’t feel comfortable. I love that he was professional, friendly, & didn’t charge me for something I could do! I highly recommend these guys for your water softener install & care!

  I had Comfort Heating, Cooling, Electrical & Plumbing out today for a quote, and they truly exceeded my expectations. My technician, Conrad, was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. From the moment he arrived, he took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, and I never once felt pressured into making a decision or purchasing anything I didn’t need. What I appreciated most was that Conrad genuinely respected my budget and worked with me to find a solution that fit my needs. He was honest, transparent, and made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. Scheduling was also easy, and the company was very accommodating throughout the process. My installation is scheduled for about two weeks from my initial quote, which I felt was a reasonable timeframe. So far, I couldn’t be happier with my experience and the excellent customer service I’ve received. I’ll be sure to update my review once the work is completed, but based on my experience so far, I highly recommend Comfort Heating, Cooling, Electrical & Plumbing—and especially Conrad!

  The guys came out to check out our water to possibly get a filtration system. They did take the time needed to check out all the issues we were up against and did a good job of explaining what it would take to make that happen.

  Great customer service. Matt was very helpful, did a great job explaining how the equipment worked. He patiently walked me through everything. I highly recommend them
