  Great experience with the main office staff. They were professional, friendly, patient, helpful, and kind. There was good and respectful communication across the board from when I called to learn about their prices and process, all the way to when the technician was on his way and arriving. Excellent service from the technician who was also professional, prepared, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and honest-and NOT creepy (which is not always true of in-home techs from other places). It was a diagnostic appointment and there was uncertainty about what the problem was, because of course, it didn't do it while he was here (this was a second opinion because the first person also didn't know-so it wasn't lack of skill). He presented two things it could be and gave instructions for what to listen and watch for, to help figure out the problem rather than suggesting we act on an unknown. For each of the potential sources, there were several options presented for how they could be best resolved. He provided an honest breakdown of the possible cost for each, as well as naming the most cost efficient way to handle each and explaining why. He started with the most inexpensive way to get the job done well, which was a refreshing change from others we've worked with. It was clear the issue isn't causing more damage or unsafe, and the system is still working, so we were encouraged not to do anything with it right now. We were provided instructions for what to watch for to know when it IS time to act, so we didn't end up in a bind. There was ZERO trying to upsell, over diagnose the problem, or guess. He did quality work, was timely, and cleaned up so well I didn't even know he had been there. I was also home alone when the technician was here, and I never felt uncomfortable or unsafe in any way. This company is exceptional! We will be calling Cline's whenever we need furnace/AC work again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work done. We really appreciated their work ethic, honesty, and integrity. And they are just good people!

  Technician arrived on time as promised and explained what he was checking along the way. We participate in a yearly service plan which includes both a fall and spring visit to check the heat exchanger, a year’s supply of filters, and free service calls. Technician also helped with setting our thermostat for the temperatures ws’re most comfortable with. We are very pleased with Cline’s and would recommend them to anyone. They are conscientious and qualified technicians. The technician at our home was the same individual who installed our new unit just a year prior so he was pleased to see everything was running as expected.

  First of all, being a former small business owner and a veteran, I knew I chose the right company when I ventured to the office and met the owner and several employers. Jacob and Jack, the furnace installers, proved to be excellent at their jobs, on time, knowledgeable, well equipped and didn’t waste time getting the job done. I doubt I could have chosen a better firm and the five star rating is well deserved.

  We had a wonderful technician who took care of our furnace which was having lighting issues. He did the standard maintenance and fixed our issue in a timely manner. He explained everything in understandable terms and was extremely knowledgeable and nice. We will definitely be using Cline’s Heating and Air in the future. Recommend highly!

  The duct/vent cleaning was done by Jack and Perkins who were very professional and did nice work. Jack came back for the install of our new ACiQ unit and was great to deal with again, along with Jacob and Dustin who were very easy to talk with and professional. The process was very pleasant. Jack and Dustin even stayed late to make sure everything was properly working. Thanks guys! We couldn’t ask for better technicians and highly recommend Cline’s.
