  We had a failed toilet shutoff valve and tank seal on our 26 years old toilet in our upper level guest bathroom. The bathroom flooded, along with our hallway and into an adjacent room as well. The plumber that we have used for many years was not available until next week. We called Bulldog Rooter and Jeremy was sent out to our home in a very short period of time, which we greatly appreciated..Rather than try to fix the toilets ills, we are choosing to replace the aging toilet and Jeremy is able to come back next week with a new toilet to do the job. The pricing includes the new toilet and changeout. Not only was Bulldog Rooter very responsive to our mishap, Jeremy was very helpful, and very customer service oriented He was also very willing to look at/fix a few other things while he was here. Thank you to Bulldog Rooter and to Jeremy! We look forward to Jeremy bringing out and replacing our toilet next week!

  Zero stars 100 times over. Called for an underground leak at a business. The technician came out and said they couldn’t determine where the leak was or what pipe it was coming out of, but he could put a valve on a pipe that was furthest away from the leak to try to manage it so we could have water to the rest of the building. When I called and spoke to the General Manager and asked why a valve was put on a pipe that had nothing to do with the leak I was told, “The technician couldn’t determine where the leak was because it was underground so he guessed that putting a valve on that pipe would stop the leak” So I responded with, “So you’re telling me the policy of Bulldog Rooter is, if we don’t know what the issue is we’ll take wild guesses and charge you for it even if we’re wrong.” I was then cussed at using the F word by the General Manager. When I asked what his name was so I could put a review online he refused to give me his name. I ended up calling Plumb Zebra and they came out looked at the valve Bulldog put in and said “Why the hell would they put that valve in there?” I told them I had no idea and was wondering the same thing. Zebra jackhammered the floor and fixed the pipes that had issues and re-cemented the floor for barely 3 times what Bulldog charged for putting in a valve that was not needed for any reason whatsoever aside from to get their billables up. If you want to get screwed over and charged for work you don’t need call Bulldog, they’ll screw you really good then cuss at you when you question them. If you want to get a good value for quality work that fixes your issues call Plumber Zebra. I’ve attached some photos as well as a drawing showing what I believed to be the issue, and the way Bulldog thought the issue was and why a valve on this random pipe would fix the issue. You tell me who knows more about plumbing, these 27 year master technicians at Bulldog or someone who’s never done more than plunging a toilet.

  The plumber, Jeremy, Who worked on my rental house was excellent. Very knowledgeable, very personable, and was able to solve my problem. As a person who handles 95% of all my own plumbing needs, I only ever call in a plumbing company when I am either out of town, or not up to the challenge. I have used Bulldog Rooter six or seven times over the years. Their pricing will make you absolutely choke, but the work is always good. Be prepared to know that you will pay 2 1/2 times what seems reasonable, and absorb it, knowing that the job will be done and you can move onto other things. It’s just a cost of doing business, and I’m sure I will use them again at some point.

  Got a flyer for Bulldogs usual tune up special so I called and got a same day service tech. Jeremy Archer was absolutely incredible, knowledgeable, personable and a big old dork to boot so we got to geek out on Star Wars stuff while he did my fix. Unfortunately the tankless heater is a more expensive flush out but he still gave me a different discount thay applied. He also recommended and ultimately installed an Ion polarization system after discussing options between that and a traditional water softener. Our pipe configuration wouldn't make for an easy and clean install on a softener but Jeremy was confident he could do it. We just didn't want a whole big install job at this time. 10/10 absolutely recommend Bulldog and Jeremy Archer!

  Called primary plumber, who said my issue was likely beyond their scope, recommended BULLDOG. Called BULLDOG, who sent someone out same day pronto. Automated texts sent me his name, photo, ETA, and reminder to secure pets. Josh arrived, surveyed the problem (gurgling, slow/no drains), popped septic lid, dislodged blockage at baffle; recommended follow-up with septic folks for pump out. Showed me what to check if gurgling/slow drain occurs again. Learned something new. Yay, job done. Almost on his way out, asked if any other plumbing issues. Yes, as a matter of fact, could you give me quote on installing stainless steel utility sink/table...removing old sink first? I have everything assembled, but ZERO plumbing knowledge, and bad back prevents heavy lifting, crawling on floor. Josh called office...yes, plumbers could be out same afternoon. Sure why not, let's just knock it out. Plumbers arrived, disassembled old sink, walked in new ss sink/table, adjusted new p-trap to span more than previous 3" from center. Showed me how to access aerator screen in faucet, AND learned about "aerator key" to remove other screens. Learned something new, again. Jason's new p-trap is work of art, AND he tested it for leaks (original plumbers who built this house 2021 *didn't* test fittings, and I had water gushing out of the cabinets). Long day, end of day, and these three guys (Josh, brother Jason, and Tyson) still had time and energy to indulge my request to lift washer & dryer onto dollies, so I can pull out dryer to vacuum vent, and [disconnect] both units to roll out of room when sealing cement floor. OUTFRICKINSTANDING, gentlemen. Very professional, efficient, good rapport, and all of this during August 2026 Fires and scorching weather. Thanks EPIC for recommending, and thanks BULLDOG for jobs well done.
