  We hired Dicksons Electric for a full round of electrical work at our house: outlet repairs, relocating (and improving) our doorbell camera wiring, replacing an old ceiling fan with recessed lighting, hardwiring our smoke detectors, swapping out exposed wiring and chain-hung garage lights for proper light panels, installing an EV charger, and a wall panel upgrade. It was a big scope, and every major piece of it came out beautifully. The garage lights were first — no more exposed wiring or chain-hung fixtures, just clean, properly installed light panels. Next was the EV charger, also installed with clean, tidy wiring work. And last was the wall panel upgrade, which came out great. Our old panel was genuinely a hazard waiting to happen, and the new one is a night-and-day difference — organized, with extra room for future projects, and every breaker mapped and labeled for us. That alone made us very, very happy. As first-time homeowners, we went in a little nervous, but the team put us at ease from the start. Scoping the project was quick and easy, communication throughout was excellent, and everyone we worked with was friendly and professional. Pricing felt fair for the amount of work involved — never once did it feel like we were being overcharged. When our 16 recessed light fixtures arrived late and delayed part of the job, they proactively credited us for it, which we really appreciated. The crew showed up on time (often a few minutes early), worked efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves each day. We'd mentioned we'd just had our carpets steam cleaned, and without being asked, they took their boots off before coming inside — a small thing, but it said a lot about how much they respect their customers' homes. Payment was simple too — ACH with no extra fees. Overall, a genuinely great experience from start to finish. We'll be calling Dicksons Electric for any future electrical work, no question.

  An absolutely great experience from start to finish working with the crew at Dickson Electric. They came out on time , provided a very detailed, itemized and easy to understand quote. They communicated VERY well throughout the job, informing me of next steps all along the way. They took care of all documentation and communication with the utility company and ensuring I was in the loop along the way. They actually completed the job ahead of schedule and exceeded my expectations. Thanks!

  Christian and Cody were very professional. They let me know exactly what to expect (in terms of noise or service interruption). They cleaned up their workspace afterward. Bonus: Pricing was fair and scheduling was quick.

  Very satisfied with the work done, installing a new 220V circuit and outlet for an electric range. Very professional and efficient technicians. Recommended for work in downtown condos. Cassie in the front office sets the standard for customer communications.
