- TBTrevor BrownAug 21, 20261.0I would not use or trust this company again. I’m pretty sure they lied to me and charged me $4000 in doing so. They said vacuum extraction lines of debris and drainfield lines, the controlled water loading. Techs seemed nice, but didn’t see any vacuuming done or cleaning of lines. We’re to replace my lids, put riser lids on service access lids, apparently that’s a law. Techs said field getting old, could do much but they cleaned anyway, but as I say unless they used my garden hose not sure what they did. Then techs tell me or ask me if I really want to do lids, really don’t need and I can just save that money, I say ok. Then, I get a letter in the mail from the department of health saying I’m not in compliance and I have to have riser lids? Who are the professionals here, if I was told I had to have or we are reporting to department of health obviously I would have done that. Now I had another company come out, much more professional, and they said ya, you need riser lids, took videos inside my tanks, showed me I have roots growing into tank etc, then showed me with camera that my drain field pipes haven’t been cleaned or vacuumed? Do not trust these folks, I don’t understand how they can do something like this. Now I am considering my options and if I should waste any more time and money to make this company do what’s right. Buyer Beware.
