- DNDoug Nichols5 days ago5.0I highly recommend A Wesco Septic Services. They are an outstanding family owned firm. I called at 8am on a Monday and my system was pumped, tested, and fully restored in 30 minutes after Jeff and his colleague arrived. I am thoroughly happy with A Westco and the company will be my service provider going forward.
- JYJoleen Yelton5 days ago5.0Derrick was amazing! He walked me through my whole system, and went above and beyond. Quick to schedule, on time, courteous, knowledgeable and up front on cost. Grateful for the service and for Derrick!!!!
- CTConnie TrailSep 26, 20265.0They were very helpful. We had to have our tank pumped in a hurry, and on Saturday, and they were still lower priced than our last pumping, a year ago, from a competitor. And the service tech showed up on time and did a good job.
- DSDan SimpsonSep 19, 20265.0They listened and went straight to what was needed. Dig up baffle inlet on septic. Glad they had the excavator. Even had roots in the way that I helped cut out so they wouldn’t leave. Didn’t want to extend this into multiple days since I have my dementia mother living there. Little old lady needs her toilet. Even found out the as builts are off. Reasonably priced even.
- BCBrian CoffmanSep 15, 20261.0I hired A Wesco as they had previously pumped the septic tank of a new property that I had purchased in Lynnwood. What a mistake. I scheduled them to come out for a septic inspection/filter cleaning (there were signs of bubbling near the tank lid) even though the tank had just been pumped 18 months ago. The service technician arrived promptly, and upon checking he told me that it just needed the filter cleaned and that the tank wouldn't need to be pumped for another 18-24 months. I was then shocked to see a charge for $790.08 for pumping. I called to get the charge changed to just a filter clean, then had the unfortunate experience of speaking with "Bob" who was rude and unprofessional, even called me a liar. Upon checking with two other reputable septic companies I discovered they would have only charged an average of $590 for pumping the tank. Also, their charge for a filter clean was $265, versus A Wesco charging $379. Not sure how other reviewers thought they were reasonably priced, or they just recently jacked up their prices by 50%+. Unless you want to get massively overcharged and deal with their abusive behavior run away. There are other locally owned reputable companies to choose from.
