Mitch did the inspection on our home, before we put it on the market. He was highly recommended by our realtor. I understand why! He was absolutely thorough. When he was finished he explained what he found, including what should be addressed. Within 24 hours he emailed us a detailed report, which included all necessary photos. Mitch did a fantastic job and we absolutely recommend him. It was a true pleasure working with him.

Mitch’s report was most prompt and professional. The time I shared on site, Mitch displayed his knowledge as factual and concise, answering my questions and provided feedback. He did not skip any steps, enter the crawl space, attic and inspected the roof, providing photos as evidence of an inspectors findings. His availability after he issued the report, to answer questions and explain terminology has left me assured of what has been presented. I am most confident with my understanding and comfortable with continuing my transaction. I would highly recommend ClearPoint Home Inspections.

Mitch came highly recommended by my realtor when purchasing a brand new home. His fee was money well spent, as he found several items worth bringing to the attention of the builder. Mitch also was happy to explain how systems work and never seemed in a hurry. This is a rarity these days -- to have a professional be willing to take the time to do what is needed, to do the work properly. Thank you, Mitch!

The best! Mitch went through a wonderful inspection into our home to help us make the best decision on our first home purchase! He was very thorough and wonderful to work with according to my husband, Eric. His report got to us early, had many great photos and was so informative! I highly recommend Mitch for all your inspection needs and we will be using him for all of our home purchases!

We had the pleasure of working with Mitch three times in the last year. In every situation he is calm, thoughtful and ready to answer any questions. His extensive knowledge is a blessing! Highly recommended!
