  Very helpful and efficient staff. I’ve worked with Trish multiple times. All Floors and More truly care about their customers. Time lines are kept. Installation crews are professional, quick and do excellent work. I’ve had luxury vinyl floors, and quartz countertops installed in my master bath and kitchen. 3 different jobs. Always very satisfied.

  I recently had my laundry room floors done by this company and they are receiving three stars because the end outcome of the work is quality. The beginning sales customer service was excellent and business was conducted in a timely manner. The issue arose when the work was initially claimed to be completed. The installer did not take out the baseboards and so there were noticeable large gaps between the baseboards and the tile. So much so, the subfloor could be seen. I pointed it out to the installer and he recommended I move the baseboards down and caulk the floor. Removal of the baseboards was explicitly in the quote. I did not pay someone under the table to do half the job, I was paying a reputable company to do a complete professional job. I called my salesperson, Thaddaeus. His tone was clipped, annoyed. He got back to me and explained the installer decided not to tear out the baseboards because we recently painted the walls, which was true. We are a two working parent household with kids spanning from toddler to teen, we just wanted to be ahead of the service to minimize washer and dryer downtime. While he conceded the installer should have communicated his deviation from the scope of work, his overall demeanor and attitude was one of he didn’t see it as a huge problem, but since I did they would correct it. Again, they came out promptly and the end work was good. I attempted to email Thaddaeus to explain how I perceived the customer service to me and never received a response. We planned to have all floors and more redo our stairs and upstairs but after this experience, I don’t feel I can trust that they will provide the customer service I believe makes doing business with someone, especially to the tune of thousands of dollars, worth it. TLDR; Customer service before the install- excellent Prompt response/timeliness- excellent End result of work- excellent Customer service during work and emerging issues- 1

  After multiple attempts and talking to at least four other flooring businesses, I found All Floors, and boy am I glad I did! Shea was a dream to work with. Incredibly responsive & never pushy. The installers were also top notch, showing up on time and very professional. I am stunned by how beautiful the results are and plan to use them for my next project!
