  This all started in Dec. of 2024. I had water damage and needed my kitchen floor replaced. I worked with the PT office and Dean C. The installers dented my new refrigerator when moving the appliances to install the floor. Strait replaced the door on the left but after further inspection both of the sides were dented also. I then was transferred to Mike Waldron, the general manager. I was told that they would purchase my refrigerator and it would be replaced with a new refrigerator of the same model. My last encounter with Mike was on Feb.19th by email stating, "I will be taking care of this today and will be sending you a receipt to show when it will be arriving. My apologies on ghosting you and not keeping you updated on this. Thank you Laurie" I have since tried to re-contact Mike by email with no response. Not only have I been ghosted over and over, but the actual job took them a great deal of time to complete the transition strips. This has been an awful experience!

  I represent a church here in Sequim, I am tasked by the church to handle repairs and maintenance of the church. I received a bid to remove are old entry way carpet at four entrance areas and install new carpet i received approval by are board to proceed with the bid from Strait Floors. At the time of bid I received a selection book and texted selection to office. A week later I received a message that the selection I made would cost about 10% so to get things going I decided to cover the additional cost personally. Three weeks passed after giving a 70% deposit and I continued to call for a install date. I received the date and a start time of 8-9 am we made a announcement the Church would be closed on install date at 1 pm I called no show they advised they would still be able to complete the job if I could have some stay late I found the person to stay late the installer came at 2pm and said he did not have the correct glue and would have to order we are going on week four no call no install nothing. To my embarrassment I recommend Strait Floors beware.

  Steve and the rest of the store have been great and very patient with is. As a husband and wife we can't agree on anything. Lol But I think after taking home more samples we may have found the right flooring!
