Volcano Builders

Volcano Builders, Inc. is a licensed, bonded and insured design-build general contractor serving Seattle and King County. We specialize in kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovation, full home remodels, deck building and ADU/DADU construction, including detached backyard cottages under Seattle's ADU rules. We work throughout Queen Anne, Magnolia, Ballard, West Seattle, Capitol Hill and Madison Park. Much of Seattle's housing stock predates 1940, so we budget for what is behind the walls instead of writing change orders later. Fixed itemized estimate, one project manager, two-year warranty, and we pull all Seattle SDCI permits. WA License #VOLCABI792C6.
