Choosing Vogel’s Carpet and Flooring was the best decision I could have made. After putting off buying new carpet for years because I dread having contractors in my home, this experience was a breath of fresh air. My daughter and I met Hector de los Santos at Vogel's Seattle showroom. As a 30-year installation veteran, Hector’s technical knowledge is unmatched. He spent two hours patiently answering our detailed questions about pile height, seams, and VOC levels—all while remaining completely transparent and pressure-free. I requested that Hector manage my project, and he truly went above and beyond. He perfectly leveled my staircase and solved a furniture-moving logistics issue. His attention to detail is flawless; the edges are sharp, and the seams are completely invisible. Hector's professionalism, ethics, and superior craftsmanship turned a dreaded home project into a comfortable, stress-free experience. I can’t recommend Hector and Vogel’s enough!

We just returned to find our carpet perfectly installed. We are so thrilled Laura and Miguel Alvarez, the installers, who did a great job. Very customer service oriented. And compliments to Nick Solomon who helped us pick out the carpet, and get it all lined up. Also, I must admit that I made an error around the installation date. When I expressed to Vogel's dispatch person, Mike, that I was in bind and needed the installation to happen right away, he did what they had to do to make it happen. Super impressive. And so, I got a great carpet, perfectly installed, and on the date I needed. Thank you to all on the Vogel team

Vogel's did an amazing job on a recent hardwood flooring project in our house. I appreciated that they were able to stay within our budget and work with us on different ideas and options. Omar and his installation crew were awesome, communicated well about the whole project, were fast and super tidy. They even went above and beyond to run out and get some wood pieces that weren't delivered to keep the project from being delayed.

We just had old Red oak hardwood flooring refinished by Omar and his crew. They also had to weave in some new wood to some transition areas. Omar and his team are amazing! The attention to detail is beyond comparison. This was A difficult project because the old oak Flooring Was under carpet and was about 65 years old and needed to be woven in with brand new wood in a couple spots. Omar easily met the challenge of sanding and finishing such different ages and conditions of wood to the right color!! It’s beautiful!! Omar and team are experts!!
