  I am a 1st time home owner living in Mountlake Terrace on a property without crawlspace. I called in to assess the general condition of my sewer pipes and to map out how to build a 2nd bathroom. I needed an answer if digging inside the home is needed to build the 2nd bathroom. Thankfully, Steve’s Plumbing got me an appointment on the same day. Andrew and Errol are both very professional, prompt, and transparent with costs. They looked at my sewer and around the home, including the attic, to assess what I have. I appreciated the recommendations for the future and preventative measures. Andrew checked the home for anything immediate that I need to do first. My question was answered and I have a better idea on how to do my 2nd bathroom project. He only advised me to do what is necessary and didn’t push to spend more money than needed. They also have a loyalty program with perks for priorities during emergencies and annual inspections. I feel like I have a neighborhood plumber that I can rely on when I need them. Thank you again! Highly recommend.

  Steve's plumbing sent Thomas Batie this morning to fix a couple of valves. He showed up as scheduled was courteous and efficient. This house is 75 years old and every repair has always held surprises, Thomas was innovative and got the job done, Thanks!

  We’ve had Brock and others from the team out a few times over the past few weeks for several plumbing issues, and we’ve been really happy with the experience. We originally called about a leak, and Brock offered a whole-house evaluation that identified two additional leaks we didn’t know about. Brock is knowledgeable, patient, and great at his job, and always takes the time to explain what he’s finding and our options. He and an apprentice Dante worked really well together on our most recent visit, and the communication across the whole Steve's Plumbing team has been excellent. They’ve been on time, kept us updated along the way, and their scheduling team has been especially helpful when last-minute changes come up. Overall, it’s been great working with a company that is good at what they do, organized, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with. We’re really glad we found them and would happily recommend them to friends and family.

  Faucet repair. Riley came the next day. He was delightful and did a thorough job. He talked me through all my options. Easy to talk to and very customer focused. Third time using Steve’s plumbing and appreciate a smaller company.

  Great service and highly professional. We had a stubborn clog that we couldn't clear ourselves. I called Steve’s Plumbing and they sent out Technicians Charlie Tait and Errol Jackson. They arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, and got straight to work and were professional. Because the blockage was difficult to reach in the pipes, it took some effort to clear, but Charlie and Errol were persistent and handled the job thoroughly. They explained the problem clearly, cleaned up the workspace when they were finished, and charged exactly what was quoted. I highly recommend them for any difficult plumbing issues.
