  Unless you have some upscale (read expensive) project, not installation, they are not interested. The person answering their phone this morning 8/11/26, spent their time telling me how it their company could not do the replacement for my entryway work, new front door and screen door. Told me to go to Home Depot. As a former owner/contractor building healthcare facilities on the West Coast, and now much older, I was looking for a full service vendor/contractor for my project, and I had figured it wouldn’t be cheap, but that is what I was looking for. Instead I got someone telling me they couldn’t get the doors I was looking for, how they didn’t do that kind of work, that I should go to Home Depot. Seriously - I could figure out doing Home Depot - but I’m not looking for the DIY experience. Insulting and really read the room wrong. This experience reminds me of the department salesgirl story, or movie Pretty Woman, where the clerk believes the customer is not worth their time, prejudges how much money they think they are worth based on appearances, then dismisses them, telling them they couldn’t afford to purchase anything in the store. My impression, this is a “high binder” firm, well if you have three showrooms you have likely been clipping your customers pretty good, wants customers that they believe are worth their time - those they believe will spend lots of money with few questions asked.

  Pawel replaced our window and he was great! He is careful, efficient, and thorough with his work and clearly an experienced professional. Super friendly as well, highly recommend Sound View.

  Pawel installed our shower glass door and was incredibly talented and even more of a joy to get to know! We are so happy to have worked with him and will definitely work with him again on future projects.

  They do not do bay window replacements. We requested a bay window replacement and a new window for our main bedroom. The sales rep Jason insisted that it would be too difficult to replace our bay and that we could replace the glass or get a flat window. They sold me a flat window and one other window for our main bedroom. I was unhappy with the flat window for the bay opening. They then forgot to mark it as home delivery despite me requesting it and putting it in the paperwork, but they at least were able to rectify the delivery. Note that communication with delivery was practically non-existent and I had to call their delivery vendor to determine when it would arrive. We went with another company for the bay window since I would've had to do the measurements myself and they said that replacement of our bay would be pretty standard since it was a prefab window and not custom.

  We just completed our project, and I couldn’t be happier. I did a lot of research on products and installers, and Sound View made the short list based on reviews and my initial call with Jeff. He was clearly knowledgeable and had the patience of Job — I asked a lot of questions during the selection process, and he handled all of them thoughtfully. We ultimately went with Andersen 100 Series windows after a lot of research, and Jeff was great in helping us work through the trade-offs and make the right decision for our home. Another thing that really impressed me was Jeff’s flexibility and honesty. He was willing to hold our project while we waited for a new Milgard fiberglass product designed for replacement (not new construction) to come to market, just so we could fully evaluate our options. That level of patience and customer-first approach is rare. What really stood out was their quoting process. They broke everything out by product and labor, which almost no one else would do without a lot of pushing. That level of transparency set them apart immediately. The project itself went very smoothly. They did exactly what they said they would do, and the installation team, led by Anthony, was fantastic — hardworking, detail-oriented, and focused on getting everything right. I highly recommend Sound View. It was a great experience from start to finish.
