  Justin was amazing! He was punctual, friendly, quick, and informative. We had a nasty clog that was preventing our sink from draining. He kept us in the loop with everything he was doing and prepared us for possible next steps. He was transparent about the issue and pricing. He was able to resolve the problem very quickly and offered preventative measure for the future. Bonus: SeaTown was running a special on drain clearing, making this well within affordability! SeaTown texted when he was on his way and he called upon arrival. Excellent experience; highly recommend.

  I can’t say enough good things about the service we received from Clay. We had a leaking plumbing issue at my parents’ house and needed help quickly. He came out, figured out exactly what was going on, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of properly. What really impressed me was that he didn’t just fix the issue we called about and leave. While he was there, he noticed a few other plumbing anomalies/issues that we weren’t even aware of, explained what he was seeing, and took care of those as well. He was thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was done right. After dealing with the stress of a leak and not knowing exactly what was going on, it was a huge relief having someone come in who knew what he was doing and took the extra time to make sure my parents were taken care of. Definitely went above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend him and will be calling him again if we ever need a plumber in the future. 5 stars!

  Chris was precisely on time. He communicated clearly and was relaxed during the time he was here. He never gave me a feeling of presure and was very respectful. I've done business with Seatown before and Chris gave me the confidence that I could trust Seatown again. The installation by Andrew and Jonak went smoothly and quick. They were definitely professional and personable. They explained everything i needed to know. The total experience with Seatown met my highest expectations.

  We’re really pleased with our mini splits and the service we’ve gotten from Seatown. Patric totally saved us when our relatively new mini split unit started leaking (turns out scented candles can clog your unit pretty quickly if you don’t clean the filters every month…). He gave the unit a deep clean so we could start fresh, taught us how to clean the filters and wipe down the unit every month to reduce our power bill and avoid future clogs, and helped us figure out a good biannual service plan without ever trying to upsell us on stuff we don’t need. More recently, when something blocked the drain line way further down, he diagnosed it right away and got it cleared out in less than an hour (without any mess). We’re happy with our units and Seatown’s installation, but it’s especially reassuring to see the same folks on their service crew over the course of a few years.

  I requested a quote from Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating & Air for replacement of a water heater and some plumbing modifications to change the location of my washer and dryer in the laundry room. Clay was the technician who provided the estimate. I found him to be personable, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Their "partner plan" is worth checking out. Covers multiple appliances and keeps your whole house in good working order. They may not be the least expensive, but I believe they offer great value. I got multiple bids and have narrowed my choices down to Seatown and one other company.
