  My wife and I have used Seatown Services before, and once again we had an excellent experience. We'd like to thank Tyler for coming out to provide an estimate for replacing our three 1970s fluorescent kitchen light fixtures. We'd also like to give a shout-out to Alex and his assistant for doing a great job with the installation. The new LED lights are much brighter than the old fixtures, and we were able to achieve the lighting level we wanted by doubling up the light panels. We also appreciate the office support staff for keeping us informed throughout the process. Their communication was excellent from start to finish. We highly recommend Seatown Services for their professionalism, quality work, and outstanding customer service.

  Tyler very quickly observed the problem I was having with a bathroom sink blockage, and cleared problem. He very respectfully explained how the blockage got started, and what he did to fix it. I would welcome Tyler for any plumbing problems that should come up.

  Great quality services and very human and kind technicians! On the flip side I was very put off by the robot AI call center “Sarah” that left me wanting to find another provider if they don’t put a real human at the end of the line.

  Quinn arrived ahead of time, was very attentive to get a clear understanding of the work that was needed to be doneas well as my desire to get quotes to Upgrade my other toilets. He was thorough clarifying options and open to my questions giving clear answers! He discussed the Seatown partnership program and we discussed water heaters, HVAC Splits, my furnace & options should it need to be replaced. I am grateful for his time and clear details of my options. I chose to replace only the hose on Wednesday. Thanks to his professional, clear details I look forward to having Seatown come to help me manage and maintain my Home.

  Kristina is simply wonderful. Cheerful, optimistic, a careful listener and very professional. We were going to get our usual 3 quotes for a new AC system, but prices quoted and warranties offered were within expectations. Seatown came the very next morning, and finished the job in just under a day and a half. Will review the install separately, but the Kristina, as a representative for Seatown, is a gem.
