  Service worker came out to my property re: moisture in my daylight basement. He was very informative and professional. However, never received paperwork/documentation even after said job. (As service worker mentioned they will provide) 1. Made contact with Operations Manager Makayla and said to provide doc.’s in a few days. 2. Called Makayla and left message with no return call back Note: Service was provided on 7/20/26 3. Called again today 8/21/26. Will move on to another company. It’s unfortunate, a worker can do his job, but the office aspect fails. Two stars only for the service worker. Company as a whole needs to do better.

  John & Stephan of RestoPros are fabulous communicators a huge plus when you are dealing with the stress of massive water damage to your home. They kept us informed. Either called or texted right away to answer questions or give us updates as our guest bath toilet flooded our home while we were out of town. They are stars in the game of stopping the damage, getting everything that needs to be dry and so far working well with our insurance. They may not have the TV ads but they know their business.

  We came home to find water flooding throughout our dining and kitchen area due to backed up gutters, it was a nightmare The team from RestoPros of Seattle were amazing. They responded quickly after we contacted them and immediately started with the cleanup process. They also help with all of the insurance requirements and dealt directly with the adjuster. We were thoroughly impressed and highly recommend!
