  Disappointing experience. The scope of work was for water damage rooms and additional areas-not a new build. We have large dogs and our family moved to the basement whilst they were doing the work. First of multiple problems - Knowing when they would arrive/depart was a hassle. Had to contact the owner several times to find out. Second - I was told they would mask windows, doors and that wasn’t done. Had to ask again and they did a partial sloppy cover which left a huge drywall dust mess for us to cleanup. Third- We didn’t notice all the mistakes until the painting had been done: long crack in the ceiling; pulled drywall off with taping in several areas; multiple outlets weren’t dry walled around properly; edges missing mud/drywall, nails popping out of drywall. I tried to negotiate the price with Julio and he refused but said he would fix the long ceiling crack by cutting it out and redoing the drywall and all the other mistakes (except for the popped nails because he blamed the carpenter) but wouldn’t pay for the painting to be redone.That I would have to pay the painter again after they repaired their mistakes! Their last crew did such a bad job of masking I was not going to make the same mistake twice and have drywall dust all over the house again. Julio blamed the nails popping on a carpenter, blamed the ceiling crack on myself and the painter because we didn’t notice it until after the painting was finished. I decided not to accept his offer of fixing all the mistakes his production crew made because I would still have to have the painting redone, at my cost. It’s an open floor plan so the painting was very expensive. Julio would not discount his invoice and if I didn’t pay within a day he said he would put a lien on our house and charge us $500 to add one and $200 to remove it. I do not recommend this drywall company.

  Ravsten Dry Wall Contracting is a great company to work with. Haugen Construction LLC has been working with Ravsten Dry Wall for 15 years. Their work is top notch. I hire them and only them. Awesome company to work with.

  We have worked with Ravsten Drywall for many years. They do good work for us, are a fair price and are responsive.
