  I highly recommend Rainer Roofing Company to anyone who needs their roof replaced. The whole team did a fantastic job from start to finish. A lot of communication throughout the day with pictures of what was going on with the roof from removal to installation. Clean up was done at the end of the day. If I had questions or concerns they answered it quickly. I would highly recommend them to do whatever job you need to have done with your roof!!!

  I found out about Rainier by watching them do a neighbor's roof, and it was clear they did good work. So I hired them for my roof, and was happy with the entire process: they communicate like crazy (daily updates, photos), clearly know what they are doing, worked efficiently and cleanly (every day they picked up all their stuff), and even came late one night when it looked like it might rain to tarp the un-covered part of the roof to make sure we didn't get any water infiltration. Very happy with them all around.

  We had a very positive experience with Rainier in having our roof replaced. Andrew, the contract liaison, came out and made a thorough inspection of the roof shingles, the underlying plywood, the areas of concern for water protection, as well as the attic spaces, and he took the time to really talk through the things that would be needed and the different options, plus referred me to other roofs Rainier has done in our area. One of the things we appreciated was that Andrew tried to find areas where we both did and DIDn't need to have work done - existing plywood that did not need replacement, for example. Jose, the job manager, was very available both in person and via phone to answer questions and to provide photos as the work went on. He seems a very bright and knowledgable craftsman, and the quality of the work done looks excellent. A number of the fascia ended up being rotted out and in need of replacement. There was one minor casualty of a water meter cover that was cracked from the dumpster's weight, as it was being rolled into place. But not only did Rainier's owner come out to assess that and to let us know they'd do their best to replace it quickly, Jose got the city to come replace it the next day. They did a very good job of cleaning up after each day's work. I would definitely recommend Rainier to those needing work done.

  Honestly, great company and I am glad I went with them. Worth the money. Good on all front, including safety, communication and flexibility. The took good pictures and explained all the extra unforseen costs. Great warranty and they did a great job. They cleaned up well, and when they came back they did one more sweep over the yard finding some more nails.
