  Had a great experience with Rainier Roofing. We hired them for a full roof replacement on our home in Seattle. We were very concerned about the process damaging our fragile garden and plants that surrounded the house. The project managers made sure the entire team was aware of the sensitive areas and they took extreme caution while working on the project. The crew was talented, respectful, and a pleasure to be around. I was working from home during the project and despite the noise, they were professional and very communicative. They pointed out soffit damage in the initial estimate and were able to keep us updated on the min / max costs, which were only able to be determined after tear-off. The project came in at our expected budget. I had the work reviewed by a builder friend and he said they did an excellent job and I chose well hiring them. I'm expecting this roof to last ~30 years so while I don't anticipate needing more roof-work, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in a heartbeat.

  Rainier roofing replaced our roof. Top notch quality of work and communication every step of the way, from initial consultation to final walkthrough. Very professional. - Anthony did the initial inspection and invited me up on to the roof to show me the things he found. He spent an hour talking me through the current conditions of the roof system, what factors likely contributed to those conditions, and what needs to be done as part of the roof install to address all those issues. He covered much more than just replacing the shingles - he looked at the entire roof as a system including considerations for ventilation, moisture, chimney condition, water intrusion, and a vent pipe that had been previously installed wrong. - When the work started, the project team texted us many photos and descriptions of all work as it was being done. It felt like I was right there with them on the roof. - Perfect clean up. No nails or debris left around the property.

  I noticed some water stains on my ceiling and called this roofing contractor and they were timely to set up an examination. They were very thorough in determining the cause of the leak and discussed the procedure of repair in a simple to comprehend manner. The team was on time and got to work on the roof, fast and without taking any shortcuts. What struck me most was the feeling of order and structure, from the first estimate to the final cleanup. They left the house tidy, and checked back later to make sure everything was still OK. I haven’t had any further problems since having the treatment and it’s been a huge relief.

  Rainier Roofing Company was amazing to work with. We needed a new roof before getting solar panels. We got several estimates and they were the best by far. Their estimators and project managers are great communicators and they were on-time and on-budget. Roof looks great. Highly recommend them and I would definitely use them again.
