  Had a wonderful experience working with Rainier Roofing as they replaced the roof at the school that I lead. Great customer service, good communication skills, answered all of our questions and attended to our safety protocols during the project. Would recommend them!

  From start to finish Rainier roofing was a pleasure to work with. Anthony, who did my bid, gave me a thorough walk through, explained the options, the process and gave me confidence in Rainier Roofing. Once we decided to move forward and picked a start date, Jose, the project manager, introduced himself and gave me a recap of the plan, the timing etc. Each evening I received a recap and photos of what had been done. They went above and beyond and even painted a few vents and hoods that they did not charge for. The redid all the flashing so that it looked like the original work. I am very pleased with the quality of work, the communication and the price. This was a big project and big decision and I am very happy with the end result and feel like I got the best value with Rainier Roofing.

  I highly recommend Rainer Roofing Company to anyone who needs their roof replaced. The whole team did a fantastic job from start to finish. A lot of communication throughout the day with pictures of what was going on with the roof from removal to installation. Clean up was done at the end of the day. If I had questions or concerns they answered it quickly. I would highly recommend them to do whatever job you need to have done with your roof!!!

  We had a very positive experience with Rainier in having our roof replaced. Andrew, the contract liaison, came out and made a thorough inspection of the roof shingles, the underlying plywood, the areas of concern for water protection, as well as the attic spaces, and he took the time to really talk through the things that would be needed and the different options, plus referred me to other roofs Rainier has done in our area. One of the things we appreciated was that Andrew tried to find areas where we both did and DIDn't need to have work done - existing plywood that did not need replacement, for example. Jose, the job manager, was very available both in person and via phone to answer questions and to provide photos as the work went on. He seems a very bright and knowledgable craftsman, and the quality of the work done looks excellent. A number of the fascia ended up being rotted out and in need of replacement. There was one minor casualty of a water meter cover that was cracked from the dumpster's weight, as it was being rolled into place. But not only did Rainier's owner come out to assess that and to let us know they'd do their best to replace it quickly, Jose got the city to come replace it the next day. They did a very good job of cleaning up after each day's work. I would definitely recommend Rainier to those needing work done.
