After we made the purchase, and turn out the part was not the same as pictured on the website, the staff just blame the picture is wrong.

This is a more of a trade distributor where 95% of the business is plumbers picking up commercial orders, leaving about 5% for the everyday consumer. If you are in the plumbing or construction industry, it's a fantastic spot for streamlined pre-orders. If you're a DIYer accustomed to the self-service style of Home Depot, it's best to skip this location unless you know 100% what you need down to the exact spec, and you're buying in bulk rather than looking for a single part.

The Puto in the forklift made a disappointing like he was doing work for free face when I asked to cut the 20ft Pipe. I guess he don't care about customer service. I will report to upper management to put him in customer service school. Even Primo is not happy with Furgeson. Tens of thousands of dollars will spend yearly from our company and this is the service we get.
