  We had Brennan install a new furnace and heat pump a couple years ago. Included was a few years of an annual checkup but don't be fooled. These checkup appointments are hard to get in a timely manner (schedule is over a month out) AND the arrival windows is 5 HOURS LONG!! If we had known this about Brennan we wouldn't have used them for this job.

  Brian serviced our system and gave me a full report of what he found. He vacuumed out the debris that had accumulated in the bottom of the A/C unit and it looks like new. He was on time and professional.

  We don't have a huge house. It was built in 1996 and about 18 months ago and decided if we're going to stay here, we should update a few things. The heat pump was working OK- one rebuild years back - but close to 30 years is reaching the avg. Service life of a heat pump/furnace. I originally got Brennan info at Costco, a company I trust. I was a bit anxious - no matter what, it was going to be a chunk of change. The sales rep who came to the house was a good guy. , Explained everything, discussed a few options and zero pressure. It was a big number (for us) but we went ahead. The install was flawless. There's a big difference. I can hear and feel a better system at work. The digital thermostat works well and no issues. Included in the purchase (we paid a bit extra) was a vent cleaning and three yearly maintenance check ups. I kept putting it off. Two rooms in the house are packed with stuff and I didn't want to move a lot of stuff to access vents. We're slowly downsizing; some physical challenges; unexpected job change; vacation; new puppy - whew! Even though it was past the scheduling point of a year, the Brennan folks said no problem. This morning a very friendly dispatcher called to verify we were home and the tech called to say he was on the way. He did the vent cleaning fast but good, explaining every thing. The second tech arrived for the maintenance and same deal - friendly and efficient. Its a lot of words that boils down to a total recommendation. Every single staffer was friendly and helpful. Like I said - this is a big investment for most of us. I think I made the right choice.
