  Great experience at Aurora Plumbing Supply. I've been in twice this past week, and both times the team took the time to answer my questions and walk me through how to fix the problem myself. Special thanks to Travis, Sean, David, and Diego - they showed me a few different options instead of just pushing the most expensive one, which saved me a good amount of money. Really appreciate the help - highly recommend.

  I needed to replace a malfunctioning toilet that was 5 years old but had been discontinued and parts were not available. The manufactured advised me to remove the toilet and not try to repair it due to so many issues with the design. The challenge was that the water supply line rough-in for that toilet was unique which made it very difficult to find another toilet that would work. I did not want to open a tiled wall to relocate the supply line. Sean and Spencer assisted me in selecting a Toto toilet and an offset angle stop that would work without havening to move the water supply line. The end result was a toilet that looks and performs well and will be easy to repair in the future. The water supply line is now hard to see and I like that. I could have never got this job done myself if I tried to use the big box stores. Aurora Plumbing Supply has a very knowledgeable and helpful team and a large selection of quality plumbing products.

  When needing plumbing help, my rule used to be, seek out the "most seasoned" plumber in the store. Sean Marinan changed that for me. He always greets me with a smile and is eager to help. Whether helping me select a tub spout diverter rebuild kit (he actually installed it and polished the seal seat) or guiding through the process of selecting and replacing a failed wall-hung toilet from the 70s, he has provided top rate customer service and gained my trust!

  Nice showroom with a good range of bath and kitchen fixtures on display. Staff were friendly and took time to answer questions, shout out to Spencer in particular!
