  We had As You Wish come out to do our annual HVAC service for the first time. Sonny (Sonsak) and Matt did a great job. They took care of all the service items and also explained everything about our HVAC system, from the reason the way specific things were setup to all the maintenance points to keep an eye on. I learned more from them about our system in an afternoon than the 7 years spent using it and talking to the original installer. Highly recommend these guys.

  Mikhail and Alex were exceptional! They were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely concerned with answering any and all questions that I had. As You Wish was a pleasure to do business with. They are quick to respond, and were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Great experience, use them!

  My experience with As You Wish has been amazing. Everyone has been helpful across many services and they know what they are talking about. In particular, Larenzo and and Manuel were exceptional when installing the electrical for my outdoor sauna. They were super kind, informative, and did great work! As someone that owns a service business myself, I cannot say enough good things about As You Wish!!!

  As you wish as a whole is amazing. They have helped me with heating, plumbing and hvac. Adrian was particularly amazing. I was scheduled for duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. He did an amazing job. Right off the bat he told me that my dryer vent was pretty clean and didn’t recommend the service. That speaks volumes in itself and I’m happy to be part of the As you wish family.

  After watching a neighbor go through a very costly sewer line repair, I thought I should have my line camera scoped to ensure I could mitigate any problems before they turned into that kind of a disaster. I called As You Wish to inquire about the price of the scope and was given a price that I thought very low but I thought perhaps new tech had made the operation very simple, so I accepted the price and booked the appointment. I was assigned Sean W. as my technician. When Sean showed up, he seemed unaware what I’d booked the appointment for. In course of telling him what I wanted, I recounted the pricing conversation I’d had with the rep who booked the appointment for me. That took Sean by surprise as well; the price I’d been quoted was drastically lower than the normal price of conducting a camera scope on a sewer line. That said, Sean said he would honor the price I’d been quoted. He didn’t have a camera scope with him but he found one in Renton he could go get. Off he went, returning in about an hour with the scope and we went into the crawl space to access the cleanout part of the sewer line. After several tries and even heating up the “cap” of the cleanout with a blow torch, it was clear to both of us that he wasn’t going to be able to get it off without breaking something. It probably hasn’t been taken off since the 1960’s when the house was moved here. We talked through other options to access the sewer line but they all involved costly fixes of something that wasn’t broken. The conversation was very educational for me though—Sean helped me verify the type of sewer line I have and the likelihood (low) that I would have any problems with it based on its type and location, a diagram for which he was able to pull up from the City of Seattle’s resources. While in the end, Sean wasn’t able to complete the work I’d booked, he was very helpful and spent time necessary for me to gain as much peace of mind as possible without having the scope done. I offered to pay the base charge for a service call but he refused it. As You Wish has some improvements to make on the booking/quoting part of their services but Sean was a patient, professional and helpful technician. If I ever do need plumbing help, I wouldn’t hesitate to have Sean do the job.
