  I have an incredibly complex project requiring HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. As You Wish worked hard to ensure what they were building was what I needed in the long term - not just treating me like another job to run through. Their expert advice prevented me from making mistakes that other contractors simply didn’t catch. The next time I need quality professional residential ductwork, plumbing, or electrical; I’m calling them! Michael, Carlos, Oz and Obet all do outstanding work.

  We had an EV Charger installed by another company and the technician failed to install all components of the charger I had purchased. This led me to reach out to As You Wish's Electrical Team - Jon who came out to quote and complete the missing component performed a thorough safety check of our electrical panel and found an issue that could have, over time, been a fire hazard to our home. I was a tad skeptical because, well, the guy who had just been there to install the charger in the first place didn't call this issue out - was this person just trying to upsell me? I did some quick googling and the issue was, in fact, a plausible hazard caused by a plausible error in work done by the team who had put in our solar panels a decade prior. With the help of another team member, Kasey, they provided me all the options for handling (or not) handling the issue. Within 48 hours, Daniel and Peter were at our home installing a new electrical panel. It didn't end there - the Seattle City Light inspector found some issues with the electrical we had done about 3 years back by an independent contractor that needed to be addressed so Kasey came back out to assess and quote the job and, within another day Devon and Manny were out to work on that! Turns out, it was not as straight forward as we thought so they did what they could and arranged to come back the next day to complete the project. Look, it's never fun as a homeowner to plan a simple home upgrade, only to find out you need comprehensive and expensive work done on your home that you weren't planning for - it sucks - but you don't mess around with electrical issues if you want your home to be safe. Not only were all these people well versed in the work they were doing, they came and worked in teams which was impressive. Devon and Manny were particularly nice to have working at our home - they were clear communicators, respectful of our home, and were empathetic when it came to all the bad news they were having to deliver. They worked really smart and efficiently to find the best solution for our issue - they were just really human about it all, which I appreciated. My bank account is much lighter but I'm not mad about it.

  I want to give a shout-out to Jonathan Williamson and Fredo Cruz for going above and beyond. They did a great install of my fast charger back in April, which has been working seamlessly, and recently came back out to troubleshoot after the exterior breaker panel was accidentally damaged. Thank you for coming out so quickly and getting the charger working again!

  Benjamin Hall from As You Wish did a great job with our HVAC maintenance! Not only did he go through the standard maintenance checks to ensure the furnace and AC were operating well, but Ben also was able to find the loose wire causing our system's fan-mode circulation to not work! The folks from the company that installed our AC a couple years ago checked but couldn't figure it out. The system was circulating when the AC or Heat was on, but the fan-only circulation not working was a bit of a mystery. We really appreciate Ben's attention to detail and customer care!

  The HVAC person, Rich S., they sent was personable, engaging, thorough and answered all my questions. I asked him to do the HVAC on my mother’s home a couple of days away and their admin person was able to schedule it so that Rich will be the one coming over to do maintenance there as well. I will certainly think about calling your company again for HVAC purposes. I am looking to get some quotes on a possible switch from gas furnace to heat pump and possibly upgrade the electrical panel on my mother’s home just because of the good representation of your company/impression that HVAC Rich showed me today.
