  Scott helped me choose the perfect area rugs. They're luxurious underfoot and stand up to whatever my cats put on them (you know what I mean). It doesn't matter what my cats do, the rugs clean like an absolute dream. A great experience start to finish!

  We had a horrible experience with Seattle Style flooring. What started off as a promising endeavor ended with months of frustration, unfinished jobs, sloppy work, and cut corners. Scott was only extremely attentive and communicative during the sales process. Once the deposit was paid, it was like pulling teeth to get updates. We experienced uncommunicated delays, partially delivered product, sloppy work, and unfinished details that lingered for weeks. Some examples: -Needing to constant call or email to check in as set deadlines approached and no product had appears or updates materialized -Scott initially emphasized the need for letting the product acclimate for a few days before being installed. This went out the window when his delayed delivery would affect the install timeline. Suddenly it wasn't a big deal -We paid for new baseboards, and visibly damaged ones were installed -When the job was short of the product we purchased, Scott tried to sneakily throw in boxes of a less premium version of the product than we ordered -Several days where the installer simply did not show up without any communication Replacing flooring is a major undertaking while you're also living in the home. All of these issues added up to a nightmare experience that dragged on for months. Our experience was that the install was inadequate and the management of our job completely dishonest. We too saw wonderful positive reviews on Google and went into this excited and feeling as though we were in good hands. We ended our experience feeling exhausted, stressed, dissatisfied, and ripped off. I have no doubt some others received excellent service but be warned that you may also end up with a job like ours.

  They did a great job with our kitchen floors, including replacing the subfloor. Costs were within the estimates on the quote and from the date of the deposit to the work being completed was, as committed, in just over 3 weeks.
