Trevor is a great source of knowledge and skill. He quickly and accurately diagnosed my system, took the time to answer my questions while actively repairing my system and also gave me advice and information to better protect my system, which in turn protects me and my budget. He is personable and genuinely interested in what is best for the customer and not just his bottom line. I signed up for the maintenance plan not because he upsold me, but because I asked about it and I want to do business with people like him. He made what can often be a stressful/frustrating experience, something that felt the exact opposite. I cannot recommend Aircare enough.

Called with a HVAC system that couldn’t keep up with this heat. They came out same day, found the problem to be the capacitor and low refrigerant. Had the parts in his van to do the job and had our AC working again quickly. Reasonable price- on time and friendly. Best HVAC company I’ve worked with in Tri.

The team that handled my HVAC replacement was/is first rate. They replaced two entire heat pump systems with air handlers and auxiliary heat that were 26 years old. I hired them on the basis of their responsiveness, their follow through, their excellent communication, and their willingness to lay out the options in a way I could easily understand and then make decisions with. Is essence, they built trust with me effectively and efficiently.
The removal and installation was handled expertly and has performed flawlessly. One of the air handlers had a bad valve that wasn’t allowing for cooling to occur but it was quickly replaced under warrantee.
These systems aren’t cheap, but I am confident that I received excellent value and the ongoing preventative maintenance program should ensure trouble free operation for as long as I’ll be living in the house.
I highly recommend Aircare for all your HVAC needs (soon to include plumbing services).
Frequently Asked Questions About AirCare Heating and Air Conditioning
Do you provide afterhours emergency services?
Yes we do provide afterhours emergency services. Please call us at (509) 579-9979 to speak with our on call technician.
How often should I change my air filter?
Standard filters can last up to 30 days depending how much debris gets trapped in them. A way to determine how often you should change your filter is to install a new filter and check it weekly. If it starts to get plugged with a week or two, you should change you filter more often. Remember just because it says 30 days does not translate to how long that filter will last in your home.
How do I keep my heating and cooling system running longer or more efficiently?
To get the most out your heating and cooling system is to have it checked yearly to identify any possible problems that could cause it to fail or under perform. Most HVAC companies, like our selves, offer maintenance programs that covers those inspections plus other benefits.
My family members and myself suffer from allergies. What can be done to help us?
There are several options available to assist you. Starting with an inspection of your HVAC system. This would include but not limited to: How well air is moving in you home? Inspecting venting and duct work for debris/dust. How well is your current your filter system working. From that information we will ask you some additional questions and build out options to help make life better for you and your family with cleaner and healthier air.
