I can't recommend Wise Choice enough. They handled my kitchen remodel and the experience was great. They were super responsive, answering my calls and texts quickly. I asked a lot of questions and changed my mind on a few things, and they were patient with me every step of the way, walking me through the options without making me feel rushed. The quality of the work is excellent, and you can tell they really take pride in what they do. They were professional throughout too, courteous, and respectful of my home. They even came out months later to do some touch-ups that I noticed required attention later on. If you want a contractor who is skilled, communicative, and actually cares about getting it right, these are your people. I couldn't be happier with my new kitchen and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We had an excellent experience with Wise Choice. Our project was two bathroom remodels, quite extensive. The only issues we had were time and occasional communication problems. Wise Choice uses a platform for selecting materials and so forth that was great in theory, rather questionable in practice, and our wires got crossed more than a few times. The time issue was simply that the projects took a bit longer than we'd planned. The time problem though was at least partly our fault (changing our minds about design, etc), and that was compounded by suppliers actually sending the wrong product on occasion, so certainly not all a Wise Choice issue. Other than that, they were great to work with, very pleasant people all around, very conscientious (cleaning up work spaces thoroughly every day), and the entire project came in under budget! We will definitely reach out to them again for our next remodel.

The Wise Choice team was very professional, timely, and skilled. The team is very detailed oriented and holds a high standard for the quality of their work. They were even able to save our countertop in the kitchen during the remodel. If we make any other changes, we will definitely be calling them again. Edit: There are gaps that were left on our floor where we redid the flooring. Over the past few weeks we've been seeing pests (slugs) come out from there. We have a newborn so it's been especially concerning. We've been trying to get ahold of wise choice to help properly seal the flooring they did, but we haven't been able to talk to someone or schedule a visit.

As the Interior Designer working with Wise Choice Construction on Nelle’s café project in Burien was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had working alongside a General Contractor team. This was not a small or easy project, and from start to finish, their entire team brought such a high level of professionalism, care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail to the project, and it genuinely showed in every corner of the space. Boghan and Sergiy were absolutely incredible to work with throughout the build process. Their craftsmanship, communication, and dedication to getting every detail right were unmatched. They approached the project with so much pride and care, and you could truly feel how invested they were in making sure the final result was beautiful, functional, and thoughtfully executed. They were patient, solution-oriented, and always willing to collaborate to bring the design vision to life in the best way possible. Daniel, who helped estimate the project, was also amazing from the very beginning. He was thoughtful, transparent, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel approachable and organized for both the client and the design team. Having a contractor team that communicates clearly and genuinely cares about the client experience makes all the difference, and Wise Choice exceeded expectations every step of the way. You can also tell that this level of care starts from the top with the owner, Svat. The culture he has built within his company is so evident through the team. Everyone genuinely cares about the quality of their work, the relationships they build, and creating the best possible outcome for their clients. Their attention to detail is truly next level, and as an interior designer, I deeply value how much they respect and support the design process. They don’t just “build” a project; they collaborate with us as a Design Team and support for the client, problem-solve alongside you, and do everything they can to help bring the vision to life. I recommend Wise Choice to all of my clients without hesitation and look forward to working with them on many more projects in the future.
