  As the Interior Designer working with Wise Choice Construction on Nelle’s café project in Burien was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had working alongside a General Contractor team. This was not a small or easy project, and from start to finish, their entire team brought such a high level of professionalism, care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail to the project, and it genuinely showed in every corner of the space. Boghan and Sergiy were absolutely incredible to work with throughout the build process. Their craftsmanship, communication, and dedication to getting every detail right were unmatched. They approached the project with so much pride and care, and you could truly feel how invested they were in making sure the final result was beautiful, functional, and thoughtfully executed. They were patient, solution-oriented, and always willing to collaborate to bring the design vision to life in the best way possible. Daniel, who helped estimate the project, was also amazing from the very beginning. He was thoughtful, transparent, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel approachable and organized for both the client and the design team. Having a contractor team that communicates clearly and genuinely cares about the client experience makes all the difference, and Wise Choice exceeded expectations every step of the way. You can also tell that this level of care starts from the top with the owner, Svat. The culture he has built within his company is so evident through the team. Everyone genuinely cares about the quality of their work, the relationships they build, and creating the best possible outcome for their clients. Their attention to detail is truly next level, and as an interior designer, I deeply value how much they respect and support the design process. They don’t just “build” a project; they collaborate with us as a Design Team and support for the client, problem-solve alongside you, and do everything they can to help bring the vision to life. I recommend Wise Choice to all of my clients without hesitation and look forward to working with them on many more projects in the future.

  We’ve been doing few projects with Wise Construction company. Sergiy and his team care about the quality all the way down to the details. They take into account all the clients’ wishes. Would like to mention that Wise team is attentive to the details and doesn’t start the project before discussing them over. Their work is neat and beautiful. Easy communication. They are professional in their work. Looking forward to have more great projects in the future.

  Top quality work; and the staff (Bohdan, Daniel, Sam, Igor, Sergiy, etc.) are nice and very professional. This is the 2nd time I've hired Wise Choice. They did flooring for us, and other miscellaneous work. Both times they did excellent jobs. They don't try to upsell you either. I've recommended them to my neighbors.

  Very busy people and very nice over email — clearly a well-rated and professional team. That said, I can only give 2 stars because they committed to something but never followed up. Disappointing, especially given their otherwise strong reputation. update- 100% genuine review. Check with Emma Adamova.
