  Excellent service! My husband and I are first time septic owners and Neighbors came out and showed us how to clean our filter and showed us how our tank looked and how long we need to wait for the next pump. He was quick, arrived early, and the price was reasonable!

  Very rude on the phone. I’m a first time septic tank owner & he was short with me on the phone, told me to dig it up…. I didn’t know what he meant and he told me to get a shovel and start digging, I told him I didn’t know for sure where it is or what to dig and he muttered something and hung up on me.

  Neighbor's was recommended by another plumber who did not service my area. I should have followed my gut and hung up when Neighbor's told me on the phone that if he was coming out he was going to pump the tank. It should have been checked first. I also had a gurgling with an odor from various drains that I was concerned about. Once here, I asked about the gurgling again and he said to flush with Drano. I had already tried my own version of this multiple times to no avail. After charging $597 to pump the septic tank and telling me to use Drano, he left. Turns out, I have a broken pipe leading to the septic tank. There is much better service out there. It felt like it was here for the fast and easy buck.
