  IGD knows what they're doing, and even when they run into complexities handle it so well. Grant was super knowledgeable and explained what he recommended as well as what he was doing every step of the way. IGD worked well to quickly get to our house when we needed a 1-2 day turnaround on fixing a broken spring on our door that hadn't been serviced in a long time. He provided quick professional service and ensured safety along the way! Thank you Grant and IGD for the great work, we'll make sure to use them again in the future for any garage needs

  I have used IGD’s garage repair service many times, always a great experience. Today my garage door torsion spring broke and the door can’t be opened. Grant came to the rescue 3 hours after I called and fixed everything in an hour. He called ahead, arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and work efficiently. Will definitely recommend.

  Great service all around. The receptionist was polite and efficient, I got an appointment within a day or two, and the technician, Sheffi, was knowledgeable and professional. He even did some complimentary light service on my other garage door. I highly recommend IGD.

  When searching for a company for garage repair, Instant Garage Door repair instantly stood out due to their reviews, 5 stars across the board. I've had bad experiences in the past, so after reading the reviews I made the call. The customer service was exceptional, and she was able to get me on the schedule the next day, which was very appreciated! Sheffi was the specialist who arrived to save the day, and that he did! He was very personable (which I prefer) as well as professional. His knowledge base was evident, as was his concern and care for my broken door. He did an amazing job! The time he took to access the problem, he clearly explained to me the cause of issue and outlined the steps to amend, including pricing and warranties included, with no BS included. I highly recommend IGD for your garage issues, you will NOT be disappointed! Thanx Sheffi, I appreciate your integrity and care!

  The torsion spring broke in one of my garage doors that is heavily used and they were able to come the next day. A wonderful and friendly technician named Sheffi assisted us. We asked that he replace both springs on two doors since they are the same age and he gave us a fair deal. He even tuned up our doors for free, fix a dent in one of the doors, and attach handles so we can lift them easily if power goes out. He finished in an hour with no mess and lots of great tips of what to look out for and how to maintain properly. Will definitely hire them again and recommend them to our neighbors and friends!
