  I contacted One Hour Heating & AC mid afternoon on a Wednesday about my non functioning AC. They had a technician at my house the next morning at 8am. The technician seemed young, and I assumed he was not experienced, but he carefully diagnosed the problem in a step by step manner and identified a faulty capacitor. He replaced the defective part, cleaned the unit, double checked that everything was working fine, and went on his way. I could not be happier with the service provided by One Hour Heating & AC, and with work done by Jedrik.

  I had an excellent experience with my HVAC service technician. They arrived on time, were professional, courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained all the options - completed the repair efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It's refreshing to work with someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about providing great customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.
