    Our service technician, Brandon Percy, arrived promptly for the schedule, and I was easily able to monitor his arrival via the app showing his location on the map. Brandon explained everything he was going to do for our HVAC system and asked if I had any questions or concerns. He performed his services comprehensively and offered a few suggestions for battling our upstairs heat during these summer months. We appreciate his attention to detail and hope that he can be our regular technician.

    The service was excellent; they explained things clearly and in a way that was easy for me to understand. However, I am dissatisfied with the quality of the Lennox HVAC equipment. I had a new system installed three years ago, yet it is already deteriorating, and I have spent around $4,000 on repairs alone. I plan to monitor the situation for another two years; if it continues to break down annually, I will stop using a central HVAC system and switch to using a portable air conditioner in a single room instead.

    It is never fun having to pay a bunch of money to get back your comfort, but when the AC goes out it is nice to have these folks available to restore it. Pricing was reasonable, parts were more than half the total bill. Allen fixed our AC in under 30 minutes, and now I don't have to sweat the heat wave.

    Evan Chaney from Home Co Alliance did an outstanding job on my HVAC duct work. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and really took his time walking me through everything. Any question I had, he answered without hesitation. The work itself looks great, everything was done neatly, and you can tell he actually cares about doing things the right way. Definitely a great rememberable experience — I’d happily recommend him to anyone needing HVAC duct work.
