- MPMark Parrent4 days ago5.0We had our furnace replaced and new central A/C installed. Our 70+ year old house presented some engineering challenges, but the technicians solved them all while not increasing the estimated price. The city electrical and HVAC inspectors both without prompting complimented the quality of the work. I got the sense that the city inspectors see some crazy things on their rounds, and they were happy in our case to see such a nice clean installation in an older house. There were a few very minor scheduling snags, but the issues were solved. Everyone was very friendly and happy and I think we got an excellent value based on a higher, competing bid from another good company. We found this company through Costco and would be happy to work with them again.

He has been servicing this system since it was installed 6 years ago and is always great. I highly recommend Tor and this company and have recently subscribed to their service plan for plumbing and electric also with Tor’s assistance. I’m 76 and have had to take on managing our home maintenance myself. Tor treats me with the kindness and caring of a son.
