  We had a great experience working with Alena, Denis, and their team at Fantastic Floors! From the beginning, they were incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with. They were patient with all of our questions and worked with us through the many details and unexpected things that come with a home renovation. We especially appreciated how accommodating they were and how willing they were to make sure everything was done properly and we are happy with the result. Alena was always quick to respond and coordinate, and Denis and the team were great to work with on-site. We’re really happy with the finished result and would definitely recommend Alena and Denis to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and genuinely caring team. Thank you so much for all your help with our home!

  Fantastic Floors lived up to its name on laminate installation of 3 levels of flooring and all the flights of stairs in between. I should have listened to Sandra's suggestions sooner on flooring. She has a great eye for colors. After several months, I eventually came around to choosing precisely what she had suggested initially! The workmanship was first rate on the installation. It is an older house so there were several tricky things that popped that the team had to overcome. I am happy with the flooring, the expert installation, and Sandra's guidance throughout.

  Sandra and Alena did an amazing job helping our condo HOA find the perfect carpet for our condominium building renovation. They were always professional, knowledgeable and went the extra mile. We highly recommend going to Fantastic Floors for your flooring needs!

  I am extremely disappointed with the carpet installation. The workmanship is far below what I expected from a professional flooring company. Instead of using larger sections of carpet, the installers pieced together numerous small strips, making it look as though leftover scraps were used throughout the project. In one doorway, there is even a narrow strip that is only as wide as the door frame, which immediately draws attention and looks unprofessional. The most frustrating part is that nearly every seam is clearly visible. Rather than blending seamlessly into the floor, the connections between carpet pieces stand out and can easily be seen from across the room. The finished product looks patchwork and uneven instead of like a newly installed carpet. I paid for a professional installation and expected a smooth, uniform appearance. Unfortunately, the quality of the work does not meet that standard, and I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

  We got our home renovations done last year and were look for flooring something that resembles a white stone, LVF but not the typical laminates. We went to fantastic flooring and Sandra spent SO MUCH time with us and didn't stop looking for the designs and colors and quality until we were completely satisfied. We went with Karndean. Thanks to Sandra, Our floors look fantastic. We did not use their installation service, we had our contractor do it. But these floors are a bit wider (we wanted that). The problem was , our contractor's men, who were not trained on handling wide ones, ended up cutting more and wasted such expensive flooring.its something that we did not take into consideration. The point of all of this to say is, it might be worth buying the installation service provided by Fantastic flooring.
