  We absolutely love our new floors! They are beautiful, and the entire installation was completed in just one day. We’ve now lived with them for about a month, and we love how comfortable and warm they feel underfoot. The customer service from Taylor was excellent from start to finish. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient while we weighed our options. She came to our home with samples, listened to what we were looking for, and offered thoughtful recommendations based on our needs and preferences. The whole process was easy and low-pressure. Taylor provided quotes for the different options we were considering, which made it much easier to understand the cost differences and make the right decision for our home. Even after installation, Taylor followed up to make sure we had all the information we needed to properly care for and maintain our floors for years to come. We had such a positive experience with Eastside Carpets and Floors and would absolutely use them again. We highly recommend working with Taylor!

  Steve, Taylor, and crew are phenomenal! They installed my carpet (Mohawk) and it is fabulous! Not only were they efficient but the work done looks beautiful. The carpet feels so nice underfoot. I’m thinking of sleeping on it instead of my bed! Thank you Eastside you were amazing to work with and I appreciate your help in selecting the product that worked best for my needs. Cheers!
