I worked with Eastside Carpets & Floors to do a partial replacement of my laminate floor following water damage to my unit. Taylor their project manager was super responsive to questions, organized, and helpful throughout. This was especially important when dealing with HOA requirements. The team did a great job on the replacement and were on time and on budget. I'd highly recommend them for any flooring needs!

Working with Taylor & the Eastside was fantastic from start to finish. Taylor worked with us to provide samples to ensure we got just the right carpet to match our needs. And the install team was as professional and thorough as they can be. Would 100% recommend

Service is fantastic, I just had to call and they came over for evaluation and give the estimate, which was very good deal. Installation was perfect, neat and organized. Thanks Taylor

We absolutely love our new floors! They are beautiful, and the entire installation was completed in just one day. We’ve now lived with them for about a month, and we love how comfortable and warm they feel underfoot. The customer service from Taylor was excellent from start to finish. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient while we weighed our options. She came to our home with samples, listened to what we were looking for, and offered thoughtful recommendations based on our needs and preferences. The whole process was easy and low-pressure. Taylor provided quotes for the different options we were considering, which made it much easier to understand the cost differences and make the right decision for our home. Even after installation, Taylor followed up to make sure we had all the information we needed to properly care for and maintain our floors for years to come. We had such a positive experience with Eastside Carpets and Floors and would absolutely use them again. We highly recommend working with Taylor!
