  We called for a presale service and required Pierce county inspection. The estimate scheduling and project review with Eric was excellent - he is very knowledgeable and was really good at explaining what needed to be done for the county and for selling a home. You could tell he had field experience. The technician Jason was outstanding- he was very careful as the tank is very close to our house. Also very knowledgeable- my son and husband have a lot of knowledge in septics and we're impressed. Best part he didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. he made necessary repairs, drained the tank, completed the inspection and cleaned up the sight much better than anyone had before. The sidewalk was always left muddy before. super clean this time. We highly recommend Sterling! (PS - jason even let me know he had sanitized the tablet where i needed to sign after the job was complete). Thank you to Jason and Eric.

  We recently bought a home with septic system and within a month the septic system alarm activated. It was indicating a pump failure. I researched our area, Graham, Wa, and contacted Sterling Septic & Plumbing due to their great reviews and I was not disappointed. Cris and Brandon were our service technicians and thanks to Cris our alarm problem was quickly resolved. Cris and Brandon checked our entire septic system per my request and discovered an issue with our septic system. Cris thoroughly explained a very reasonable and inexpensive course of action to resolve the issue. I will personally request Cris for our septic needs for he was extremely thorough and showed tremendous pride and knowledge in his workmanship. Thank you Cris

  I had a fantastic experience with this company from start to finish. When I called for pricing, Cameron was incredibly helpful and provided more information than any other company I contacted. He even offered to have us send photos before the appointment to make sure we had dug out enough of the septic tank, which saved us time, money and gave us peace of mind. They were able to schedule us for the very next day without any additional rush fees. When Russell came out to pump and inspect our septic tank, he was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He did an excellent job and took the time to answer our questions. We also decided to have risers installed so we won't have to dig up the tank for future service. The quote was provided quickly, and once again they were able to schedule the work for the next day with no extra fees. The entire team was responsive, honest, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again for any future septic or plumbing needs.
